    My vehicle is only 7 months old. I experienced starting problem of the scooter on[protected]. I approached the Authorised service Centre "AMP Motors" at Cuttack. They kept the vehicles till 6th October 2023 without resolving the issue. They asked me to show the vehicle in the Dealer. I approached the Dealer "Hindustan Wheels", Bhubaneswar on[protected]. They assured me to resolve the issue within a week. But till now nothing has done. The starting issue has not been resolved so far despite my several visits and requests. Even they have not attended it so far. The Service Centre is not giving me any time line to deliver the vehicle. In fact I am getting harassed and the studies of my children is getting suffered.

      I have purchased Yamaha FZS V3 motor bike back at 2019 from Vinayak motors Bangalore. It's been few months since ABS front brake failure.
      The service personnel indicated this is an ABS motor failure and no explanation regarding the reason of failure. He also explained that it cannot be repaired as it's moulded. The replacement would cost me around 13-14K and it's very surprising to me.
      I have been hearing that FZS V3 is having the issue of ABS motor failure. I strongly feel it's company's fault and should have made necessary arrangements to replace them. Atleast they should replace them at free of cost where people experiencing the ABS failure. It's very disappointing from a reputed company to ignore their customer and their safety. This is a serious threat to the rider. Please provide a solution to this as early as possible. Thanks

        Recently purchased a Yamha FZ S V4 DLX from Regent yamaha Payyannur which is sub dealer of Pothan & Pothan automobiles Kannur.

        First of all the vehicle delivered to me was an 6 month old manufactured vehicle.I doubt it is a test drive vehicle as it is very uncommon to have 6 month old vehicle for fast moving vehicle like FZ s there was damaged in the engine cover at the time delivery which was replaced by dealer.also dealer informed that vehicle the bring by riding from another dealer .But odometer has me reset to zero

        After bearing all this issues.I completed my first service.After two days of service vehicle was not starting.I have informed the dealer the same .His personnel coming and saying battery is drained because of Bluetooth and kept it disconnected and recharged the battery

        Am I supposed to use the bike like this even after paying few bucks extra for the Bluetooth version.I am not getting any proper response from dealer and Yamaha India

          I purchased Yamaha FZ X 1.5 yrs back and recently it started showing battery discharge issue. I even changed the battery 2 times in past week. No mechanic is able to resolve the issue. Please let me know if anyone faced the same issue and was able to resolve it

            My new yamaha bike has started to rusted It has not been a one month since I bought the bike.
            It has not been a month since I bought my new bike RayZr 125 fi Hybrid (2023 cyclone model), all parts of the vehicle started rusting. When I contacted the Deelar from where I bought the bike about this, they said, they cannot be held responsible for this.When I mentioned the problem with the bike, they told me to keep the bike inside the house without using it. What can I do for this.. ? I'm still I don't know who is response for this rust problem. What could I do for next ?
            This is my 1st bike I need replace my rusted parts. I need to replace as soon as possible.

              Hi team,
              I purchased a Yamaha bike 3 years back. I got a brake issue today and checked the dealer to fix it. They mentioned that it is aa abs Failure motor issue and will cost around 14k. I asked to include it in ward as it is a manufacturing defect. But they refused. If it’s a manufacturing issue they have to cover it right if we are servicing our vehicle at an authorised service centre everytime.
              In 3 years I have given it service for 7 times.

                I am Prashanth from Chennai. I have purchased Yamaha FZ V3 in 2022. For last four months I am facing brake failure issue. When i checked with my dealer, they are not responding and also, they can't able to find out the root cause (Problem 2 some time engines shut done automatically) .                   Purchased MT15 on 26th Nov 2022. After few months of purchase, 2 times check engine lights came up. Issue got resolved via service center.
                  After that radiator fan stopped working. Also got resolved from service center.
                  But now, the vehicle completely shut down while driving. Nothing is working not even the digital instrument cluster.
                  How can it happen with the new vehicle and how many more issues are waiting to come up?
                  I want the company to replace this vehicle and provide a new non-faulty one.
                  Company has provided a faulty vehicle and it is breaking down every other month.

                    I have purchased new Yamaha Fsz bike from Nikam Yamaha, an authorized showroom in Karad city. They are charging for service in bike new bike purchase but not providing good service.
                    They were not providing the Yamaha announced cashback offers on Ganapati festival. They are taking extra money from customers and keeping cashback for themselves. I had to argue with them for cashback. They are just delaying the RTO registration procedures without any reason. On asking about delay, they are just ignoring customers or giving random reasons.

                        Am, ARSHAD. I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 bike on 12 Feb 2022, at Yamaha Showroom in Delhi . Since that day I have had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, where the bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked the help of the Yamaha showroom guys but they asked time till first service, but now the time is September so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Service Center guys are asking for excuses but not fixing my problem. I have paid extra money to enjoy the bluetooth connectivity but for which feature I had paid it is not working since i had bought the bike so what is the point in paying extra money for the bluetooth feature And where in the service center guys have no knowledge about the bluetooth unit of the bike or service it. There is a price difference of 8000 rupees between FZS V3 and FZS-FI V3 Vintage edition. So if the service center can't make my bluetooth unit work properly then please return my extra money which I have paid. Please resolve this problem.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am one your customer who bought the yamaha bike from Tamil nadu, Trichy SS yamaha. I been facing the paint peeling issues it is already raised the complaint to the same show room. I have done a multiple follow up with this particular showroom. When ever I approach them I am getting surprising answer from them. When I approach for the first time they said paint got peeled of because you washed your bike in other water wash station. That was so surprising so they are trying to say that yamaha makes such worst quality to the customer. But I don't believe that because I been a yamaha customer from 2016.

                          I am so surprised with the another answer it's been a month almost over. Still they haven't created any complaint or case number for the concern what I raised it. When I checked with them they said the service manager or engineer who is in charge is on vacation team please do tell me are you guys are entitled to entire month leave wow I appreciate such policy what you have got may be I should be approach you for my work. Any can I get a appoint with such busy service engineer Mr. Kirubakaran.

                          I am completely trusted with such unfaithful, worst, irresponsible behaviour of SS Yamaha and Service engineer Kirubakaran. If you can't help the customer why do you want to give commitments to the customers. I have already raised the concern in yamaha website it is useless. I have enclosed the chat with concern person who is responsible in SS Yamaha. I demand an explanation via email from your end. If you can't help out for that I need the explanation there is no response from your team for that as well I need an explanation. Kindly find the below enclosed chat proof with the photographs for your reference.

                            Detailed Complaint information :
                            I purchased my vehicle (Yamaha FZS V3.0 in 2019). For the past 3-4 months, I have been facing brake failure issues due to ABS not functioning properly. When I checked with a nearby service center, they say the ABS motor pump is gone and most are facing the same problem. When asked about the root cause, they are not sure as most are facing the same issue, it might be some already existing problem. As the repair cost is estimated around 13K, why should the customer pay the amount as there was no fault at our side.
                            Brake failure is a serious issue and it occurs randomly which is a threat for consumers. Kindly look into this issue and replace the ABS motor ASAP for free.

                                Faulty ABS Motor in Yamaha FZs V3

                                Hi team,

                                I am Sureet from Bengaluru . I have purchased Yamaha FZS V3 in 2019. For last three months I am facing brake failure issue visited service Center multiple time and they mentioned that it is a case of faulty ABS motor and mentioned that the replacement cost would be Rs 13k plus labour charges. When i checked in online forums I came to know that’s its ABS motor failure and it is a manufacturer defect of the vehicle...

                                I bought r15 in Feb 2023 from HM MOTORS NOIDA SECTOR 63, after 10 days I was unable to start the bike because of damage battery, when I complaint to agency then they said that bike is new after some time it will be resolved but still I am suffering from the same problem

                                  It's only been about 4 months since I bought a Yamaha Facsino from daiwik auto hub Kadakkal in Kollam district, Kerala State.
                                  The first service of the vehicle was done on 24.04.2023. The second service was made on 15.08.2023 from daiwik auto hub where the vehicle was purchased. They didn’t provide proper service to the vehicle even the water service.
                                  On the 7th day after the service (22.08.2023) in the morning when i tried to start the vehicle as usual, it did not start and also failed several attempts to start with the kicker. Even the vehicle's display was not turned on. That day I called the Daiwik Auto Hub several times and complained, but no one didn’t come that day. A mechanic came when i called several times the next day. Then he asked me to bring the vehicle to the service centre. That day, I took leave from my office and took the vehicle to the service centre which is 15 kilometres away. They returned my vehicle that day evening with battery charged. They said there would be no more problems. They also took money from me to charge the battery. But yesterday morning (26.08.2023) when I tried to start the vehicle again in the morning, the vehicle did not start. Even the vehicle's display is not turned on. When I contacted again the Kadakkal, daiwik auto hub where I had bought the vehicle, they sent the mechanic, and he again asked me to bring the vehicle to the service centre which is 15 km away from my home. So I bring the vehicle to the Yamaha service centre again and requested to replace the battery, they didn’t ready for that. They said they can only charge the battery can’t replace it. And also said today battery shops are not open come after some days. I can no longer take leave from my job and iam informed it to them, but they are asking me to bring the vehicle to the service centre after some days. They didn't even give me the vehicle water service on the second free service. And the person who speaks on behalf of the dealer behaved arrogantly. I've had such a bad experience with them. It's only been four months since I bought the scooter. All my friends make fun of me by saying this. It is now in the condition of not even start the vehicle. I visited the Yamaha service centre 3 times taking leave from my job. I can't afford to lose my salary anymore and take leave from job to bring the vehicle to the service centre. Similarly, I am against charging the battery any more.
                                  I'm asking you to replace the battery or the vehicle, so I request you to have a complete solution for me.

                                  they took my vehicle to their showroom on 06.09.2023 and give me back after one month (05.10.2023). and said all complaints are solved. but before leaving the showroom the vehicle shows the same old problem that is can't be even start. now they are not answering me. the vehicle still in the condition of not even start. it's been 3 months since i cant use the vehicle. they still dont give me a proper solution

                                      Very bad service experience when I taken for repair service for cluch. They did it but after few hrs it created problem again.
                                      Repair service make huge amount bill but after few hrs it's same again.
                                      Previously I had same experience when I take a guard for Motor, that time they fork a cratch on mudguard front and nothing repaired. They just take money. Nothing repaired.
