Hello,

My name is Godwin and I had recently purchased my vehicle ( Yamaha Fascino S black) from the Denz Motors showroom at Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I paid the price on 30th November, 2023 and got the vehicle delivered on 5th December 2023.

During sales I had asked them about the offer and how they compare against other dealers and they said that they are providing an offer of INR 3, 000 worth of accessories free where they are giving original accessories worth INR 6, 000. They also said that other dealers may give free petrol and all but they will give cheap accessories.

When I got the vehicle delivered I saw that the accessories given do not have a yamaha genuine logo / sticker and also do not look like what is provided in the yamaha website. I am attaching the picture for the same. I also read in the manual that we are supposed to use only Yamaha genuine products for good performance and as a customer I am troubled here. Your dealer is giving me non-genuine products.. How do I trust this?

Please support in getting a resolution here because when I called the sales team at Denz motors they are now saying that they never said they'll give original accessories but that they'll give only good quality accessories.

Parts under discussion are:
Seat cover: INR 595
Floor mat: INR 350
Foot rest assembly: 890
Scooter guard set: INR 2200
Convenient hook: INR 200
Based on yamaha website itself the original parts are only worth INR 4, 235. But when I called the sales person now they said that the parts they have kept are worth INR 6, 000 and that they can provide a split up of the same. Is it possible that a third party accessory is costlier and better quality than yamaha provided spares?

This is causing me a great deal of grief after purchasing a new vehicle after 10 years. How will my ongoing service be now that I am not on good terms with the dealer? Will they cause me trouble during my ongoing services?

I want to understand what Yamaha's stand on this incident and how you will resolve my grief.

Additionally, I was provided only one helmet along with the vehicle but I saw on news that any two wheeler sold in kerala should be sold with two helmets as per MVD of Kerala. I asked the same to the dealer and they said that Yamaha provides only one. Is this true? Shouldn't you be providing two helmets as per government notification?

    We have visited the service center today for the complaint. we are asked by service representative to leave the vehicle so that they will repair it by afternoon so we left the vehicle. We have given enough time and went back to service center in the evening around 4:30 pm and got to know that they haven't repaired our vehicle. we are really frustrated with the response and worst behavior of the service team. VERY WORST SERVICE SUPPORT AND WE NEVER EXPECTED SUCH WORST BEHAVIOR FROM REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YAMAHA. Very rude behavior of the service team really makes me to think why did i buy vehicle from such company. finally we took our vehicle without servicing, tell me where to service the vehicle purchased from yamaha.       i bought a new yamaha bike last year. i have given its details below

      So far i have taken company service, At last i have given my bike for service on ( 21/102023 ) last month and i have registered a complaint that the bike is turning off frequently, saying that they have resolved my compliant and collected service charge Rs.4139,

      But last week on 16th my bike stopped in the middle of repair because it couldn't start, They came from the service center and took my bike (M/S sahana motors, 580 I/5ettayapuram Erode, Opp Shanmuga Theatre, Kovilpatti, Tamil nadu, 628501 ),

      So far they have not been able to repair my vehicle, i can't believe a service center would take one month to repair a two wheeler, This has hampered my day to day activities and i am very depressed,

        Dear Yamaha Motors Support Team,

        I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding my Yamaha bike, which I purchased just five months ago.

        Despite having ridden the bike for only 6600 kilometres, I have encountered a myriad of quality issues that have left me deeply frustrated. Each time I've taken my bike to the service center, I have been told that additional fees are required for spare parts, supposedly not covered under warranty. I would like to emphasize that I have an additional 5-year protection plan, but your service center staff insists that the parts covered by the warranty never fail, rendering my protection plan seemingly worthless.

        During my last visit to the service center, I reported issues with the clutch and an abnormal sound emanating from the engine, as well as a significant reduction in the bike's expected speed. To my astonishment, the service center staff demanded a payment of 3500 INR without even diagnosing the issue, claiming that the clutch plate needed replacement and that it was not covered by the warranty. This is highly distressing, as I believe this should clearly be a warranty-covered issue given the bike's young age.

        Furthermore, within a month of my purchase, the bike's kick plate started rusting, which your engineer confirmed was due to the dealer selling me an old product. He assured me that such rapid rusting should not occur. This raises serious concerns about the quality control in your manufacturing and distribution processes.

        I demand that you take immediate action to rectify these issues. I expect one of the following resolutions:

        1. Fix all the issues with my bike for free.
        2. Replace my bike with a new, defect-free unit.
        3. Provide a full refund for my purchase.

        If my concerns are not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.

        I trust that Yamaha Motors, a respected brand known for its quality products, will take these matters seriously and work to resolve them in a manner that upholds your reputation. I eagerly await your response and a swift resolution to this matter.

              Orderer the Guarrd set for yamaha ray zr 125 from website, made the online purchase on 17/10/2023 and opted for pickup fon 21/10/2023 but the dealer is not providing the accessories saying that material purchased from online website is not considered and is not available from the website. Contacted the customer care still the matter has bot been resolved …placed order from website on 17th oct, 2023 still today I haven’t got the part. Also the Dealer which i selected for is not aware of the website orders.

                My new Fasino hybrid battery is Discharging continously. I visit the Showroom for 3 to 4 times. They said the battery is compliant so we can replace a new one, at that time they given another battery for my use, but the battery is also Discharging continously. They don't check my vechile only replaced a new battery.
                They don't give me any bills or paper for the replacement of the battery. They are said that there is no bills for paper for the replacement

                  Engine Performance: In the past few weeks, I have noticed a significant drop in my bike's engine performance. The bike has been consuming more fuel than usual, and the engine has started making unusual noises.
                  Electrical Issues: The bike's electrical system seems to be malfunctioning. The headlight and indicators occasionally flicker or stop working altogether, posing a risk to my safety while riding at night.
                  Customer Service: I have visited the authorized Yamaha service center

                      Brought a Yamaha Ray zr 125 hybrid on 20-Oct-2023 from Peringhat Yamaha, Aluva.Amount was fully paid on the delivery time.
                      After that when I checkup on each bill, amounts were fake on the bill.They extra charged me.
                      Offer they first said was full tank petrol and matt(leg matt) after that they changed it to 1.ladies footrest 2.ladies grap 3.buzzer 4.matt.Cost they said is around 1300 for free.
                      They extra charged in Road Tax, Register fee, extra Spare Amount, Ex. Warranty.
                      Contacted CRM about this issue but didn't get any solution
                      Contacted Yamaha India customer care to register complaint, they also didn't give any solution.

                      I have Every Bill.You can check the Ledger which attached with this.And moving legally.

                          My vehicle is only 7 months old. I experienced starting problem of the scooter on[protected]. I approached the Authorised service Centre "AMP Motors" at Cuttack. They kept the vehicles till 6th October 2023 without resolving the issue. They asked me to show the vehicle in the Dealer. I approached the Dealer "Hindustan Wheels", Bhubaneswar on[protected]. They assured me to resolve the issue within a week. But till now nothing has done. The starting issue has not been resolved so far despite my several visits and requests. Even they have not attended it so far. The Service Centre is not giving me any time line to deliver the vehicle. In fact I am getting harassed and the studies of my children is getting suffered.

                            I have purchased Yamaha FZS V3 motor bike back at 2019 from Vinayak motors Bangalore. It's been few months since ABS front brake failure.
                            The service personnel indicated this is an ABS motor failure and no explanation regarding the reason of failure. He also explained that it cannot be repaired as it's moulded. The replacement would cost me around 13-14K and it's very surprising to me.
                            I have been hearing that FZS V3 is having the issue of ABS motor failure. I strongly feel it's company's fault and should have made necessary arrangements to replace them. Atleast they should replace them at free of cost where people experiencing the ABS failure. It's very disappointing from a reputed company to ignore their customer and their safety. This is a serious threat to the rider. Please provide a solution to this as early as possible. Thanks

                              Recently purchased a Yamha FZ S V4 DLX from Regent yamaha Payyannur which is sub dealer of Pothan & Pothan automobiles Kannur.

                              First of all the vehicle delivered to me was an 6 month old manufactured vehicle.I doubt it is a test drive vehicle as it is very uncommon to have 6 month old vehicle for fast moving vehicle like FZ s there was damaged in the engine cover at the time delivery which was replaced by dealer.also dealer informed that vehicle the bring by riding from another dealer .But odometer has me reset to zero

                              After bearing all this issues.I completed my first service.After two days of service vehicle was not starting.I have informed the dealer the same .His personnel coming and saying battery is drained because of Bluetooth and kept it disconnected and recharged the battery

                              Am I supposed to use the bike like this even after paying few bucks extra for the Bluetooth version.I am not getting any proper response from dealer and Yamaha India

                                  My new yamaha bike has started to rusted It has not been a one month since I bought the bike.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I purchased a Yamaha bike 3 years back. I got a brake issue today and checked the dealer to fix it. They mentioned that it is aa abs Failure motor issue and will cost around 14k. I asked to include it in ward as it is a manufacturing defect. But they refused. If it’s a manufacturing issue they have to cover it right if we are servicing our vehicle at an authorised service centre everytime.
                                    In 3 years I have given it service for 7 times.

                                      I am Prashanth from Chennai. I have purchased Yamaha FZ V3 in 2022. For last four months I am facing brake failure issue. When i checked with my dealer, they are not responding and also, they can't able to find out the root cause (Problem 2 some time engines shut done automatically) . I dropped my vehicle to service center more then 20 days still problem not cleared.

                                        Purchased MT15 on 26th Nov 2022. After few months of purchase, 2 times check engine lights came up. Issue got resolved via service center.
                                        After that radiator fan stopped working. Also got resolved from service center.
                                        But now, the vehicle completely shut down while driving. Nothing is working not even the digital instrument cluster.
                                        How can it happen with the new vehicle and how many more issues are waiting to come up?
                                        I want the company to replace this vehicle and provide a new non-faulty one.
                                        Company has provided a faulty vehicle and it is breaking down every other month.
                                        Please help. Thanks
