I ordered a back cover for my phon but not delever
Fake company

I placed mobile cover order... But cover is not delivered... When it delivered??

I cant login to cancel my order neither is their any update on my order. The payment has been done and i guess i have been looted.
They don't answer the call either.

I have placed an order on zapvi but they didint confirmed my order and nobody is responding mails and calls, kindly help me regarding this

My order #2117913 placed on 7th aug'2020. I ordered a personalized mobile cover n did not set up the photos on the cover. Now when i mailed them to let me set up my photos on the cover or either refund my money back they r replying dat the order has been processed n nothing could be done. I mean what the hell has been processed when i didnt setup the photos. Plzz help me

I have order samsung a50 mobile cover it is not delivery i had paid 159 rupees in zapvi app
I have call to zapvi store and asked refund amount they had sent one link and they had taken my account balance 6000 rupees

I ordered samsung a50 cover online and there was no cash on delivery option available. I paid 159 inr through online mode and my product was supposed to be delivered on 23rd june. Its 24th june already and theres no news. I tried calling the zapvi number given but it was switched off. I really want my back cover atm. Or i want them to return my money if they cant send my cover.

I have ordered 5 back covers n paid complete money on online... But they delivered only 2..

Got the masks by paying heavy amount and they are just useless, made of cheap material and elastic is so loose that no one can wear them. They are made with left out clothes and nothing as shown in pictures and shape is so worst that it doesn’t even cover the nose and mouth properly. Repenting for trusting an unknown site.

I have placed one order on there website and there is no way to contact them for the same. There is no way to create an account to cancel order. There phone number is always switched off. There emails addresses are fake.
They just accept the money and vanish.
I have taken the screenshots of there fraud. Kindly don't even try to buy anything on there website.
Report there instagram, there website. And be safe from these fake site who doesn't provide cash on delivery.

I placed 6 back cover orders on 18 march 2020 form zapvi. Out of them, i have not yet received a single back cover and neither have the money returned.
So you tell me what should i do?

I have ordered the item on 1st may 2020, as it is lock down i can expect the problems for delivery. But other sites are able to send the booked items.

There is no way you can reach the website staff. They keep posting on fb and insta and will not reply for your comment.

Fake site just to loot money

Sir main cotton face mask Saturday ko order kiya but abhi tak dispatch nahi kiya aur ph switch off jaa raha mail ka reply nahi kar rahe and WhatsApp per bhi no reply mera 820 ke kareeb ka order tha plz sir help me

I have contacted zapvi customer support multiple times through email but no response from the company.

If the company can't deliver the product then why the company should add a notice saying it will deliver the product. However, there will be delay.

1 month delay is not good service. I want the product to be delivered before may 1st or i want my refund..

I ordered a mobile case for oppo f11 at the rate of Rs159 with order id1775488 they completely cheated on me as payment was done in online mode I tried calling costume services I couldnt reach them.it seems many people have ordered mobile case from this site and has not received any yet so I guess this matter should be taken in serious hand and people should received they money back if not just take down the website.

I have placed an order in their website. Amount for order for deducted but order status in website still says pending payment.

There are 2 numbers given in website under contact us - [protected] is always switched off and when called on [protected]... A girl picked and started acting as she doesn't understand English n Hindi... In the background lot of giggling and laughter was heard and she disconnected the call. Upon calling back the number is always has a busy tone and no one picks.

These are fraud website and fraud people duping customers. Both the numbers are from Gujarat.

I have ordered back mobile cover of mobile vivo s1 against order no 1406899 on 17 jan 2020 from web site zapvi.in which is selling mobile covers.
But this product is not same as shown on web site. I have placed return request with in stipulated time period but they are not ready for returning the product. They are just making fool to the customer.

Please look into the matter and help for processing the return as this product is not fine.

I have ordered two covers with order id - 1015777, on 17th nov 2019, which was sent via fedex with shipment no.[protected].
For your reference it was supposed to be delivered by 26th november 2019, and tracking that order it showed that it has reached town nearest to my location by 22nd november itself. And since that day it's there only. They have not delivered it, and since 26th i'm getting messages like delivery has been rescheduled due to my availability, ir any other reason, but its not been delivered yet. They have never attempted delivery, nor they have contacted me.
Today i got message that it will be delivered by today, even tracking is showing that product is on the vehicle enroute to my address, but it didn't came and again its showing the previous location.
Seriously whether you guys are making customers fool, as i'm being hopeless here, and i've never seen such a worst service in my experience.

I have ordered for 6 mobile covers on this site 4 days back. Now this people they dropped me an email with the details and a shipping id on xpressbees.
But the id is fake, there are no details when you search with it.
The payment was mode was online.
The customer care number is always switched off, or the person will disconnect the call.
It is completely cheating.

I had ordered a mobile cover from this site @zapvi on 9/9/19 and i haven't recieved my product yet and its showing it has been delivered.
I complained several times but no response from them.
I want my money back.

I ordered vivo v15 pro 11d temper glass for my mobile. Rs-89+40 shipping charge total amount rs-129 debit my account in zapvi on 10/09/2019 i have received on 13/09/2019 but i received ordinery temper glass. That ordinary temper glass is not for my mobile phone model temper glass

So i will contact help line number and customer care number is not working for both number and zapvi website this is also fake website,

I ordered some mobile covers from zapvi, my Order #607249 was placed on August 14, 2019 but they since not delivered my order and a single reply didn't come from the company, it was my mistake that I already paid money for my covers 555rs, the amount doesn't matter but they fooling all the people of the society and creating a bad impact on society by spreading these kinds of websites, at last I just want to say please block this site so that they can't fool other people
