Loss due to technical issues in zerodha trading platform

Hello,

Since morning i am trying to exit my positions of maruti (6900 ce may) which was trading at 40 rs. Qty is 1500. My buy price is 30 rs.

However due to technical issues in your platform, i am unable to exit and book profit. I am tried reaching your phone lines but all are busy.

I spoke to mrs sushma of zerodha several times at length today and she also tried helping me but couldn't help...

I am unable to exit this order or modify. Please try to cancel this order. Asap.

I tried calling customer care no[protected]-33102020 there is no reponse and no one is picking up. I was trying since 10:53 in the morning to cancel this order.in local hyd custtomer care they are saying it should be resolved from head office. Please try to help...

Problem in log in. I have called to customer care 3 times they don't solved it and disconnect the call without complete solution. I have also email to zerodha support but no reply from there. Approx from 1:30 hrs i am facing this problem but still no solution. During this period i have lost my money which share i wanna sell. So who will give this money back due to zerodha problem....

Unable to connect and get any support / clarifications

It is impossible to get in touch with the support team of zerodha, looks like they just switch off the phone when the problems arise with there servers and which keeps happening.

I had executed a normal bo order which for some reason neither got executed nor i am able to delete or modify it and when i try to reach the support team, it becomes impossible. Even their sales team seems to have switched off their mobile phones.br...

Technical issue which is preventing from placing or modifying an order

Strict action should be taken against zerodha. Their infrastructure is unable to cope up with live sessions requirement. The orders are not getting placed due to which our positions which was once in profit today have now some into losses. Who should bear that loss? Its zerodha's accountability and responsibility to bear those losses. They should compensate me and others who are facing the same issue.

Poor customer service by zerodha.

orders placed could not be executed. unable to find out the status of the orders. Got a message that some problem existed due to ISP and being rectified at about 10 am. Now, till 11.45 am, the error is not rectified. The dashbord of the trading platform is showing all wrong information.

Customer support telephone is not reachable. Utterly poor service by zerodha. Lost heavily...

Consistent issue with order management system

AGAIN we are facing issues with order management system, with no confirmation with what is going to happen with our pending orders.

Now I am really afraid that if such issue happens during expirty day or a volatile day, there is huge risk of getting stuck with position and watch your capital going in vane.

I believe its better to change the broker then to trade with control given to a broker that is not even...

Order placing issue

On 8th may 2017, the system was not allowing to place any orders on a sudden. I 'm trying to reach the rep/call centre, but no response. I have purchased a stock future, but unable to sell due to this issue. I have to bare the losses bcoz of their technical fault.. Really feeling bad about this kind of service on a financial platform. Sebi has to come up with some penalty concepts.

There is no information on the site or app...

I am not able to login and it gives this error.

Mcx not able to cancel/modify my order

Sir, i am amruta bade, i have submitted my application on 27th of april. When i call to zerodha customer care they told me that my application is rejected due to some reason. But what is the exact issue they havnt tell me yet. I m calling them daily buy then also i dont have any responce from call or mail. I want to open my account as early as possible. Im working in state government sir, plz do the needful....

Funds Transfer Issue

Mess up with the customer service..I have recently joined Zerodha, hoping it would be a better platform but they proved me wrong..very very bad service by support center..Mr.Prashant R R, is assisting my problem. I mailed him for more than 7-8 times regarding my funds transfer but they have not solved my problem..I made two transactions through IMPS to my trading account..Bank balance shows that the payment was successful..Zerodha account...

from almost 6-8 days i m facing lot of issue below are list of issues..and i m really tried writing to you guys again and again
1. price & quantity of shares difference issue in holdings accounts.
2. funds amount is shown properly.
3. P&L reports are not generating.
4. Because of all these issue i m not able to trade properly

Unable to sell the purchased stocks

Starting from the day I've opened my trading account with zerodha, it is being nightmarish. I purchased huge amount of stocks through zerodha but none of them are showing up in my holdings list and i'm unable to sell them. I incurred huge loss already because of that. I spoke with one of zerodha's sales managers called suraj and he told me that i have to send a POA form to them in order to sell any stocks. None of them even bothered to inform...

Issue with fund transfer

Hi,

28 of march i did a transfer of 75000rs from my bank account to zerodha trading account.
The amount is deducted from my bank account but it's was not credited to zerodha. (ZR0684).
Then I checked with relation ship manager, he is idiot don't know any thing then he simply told to me its problem of bank.
Then I checked with bank with in 1.5 days I got reply from them the about is successfully transferred...

Unable to transfer money to trading account

There are not provided userId to trade using their application. None of the Customer care number[protected],[protected],[protected] working mentioned on their contact page.
