My user id is pr1655, i was trading in intraday and i could see rs18500.00 in positions but i was not able to square off. I lost all my profit and i lost rs 28000.0 extra, all total i lost 18500.0+28000.0= rs 46500.0. I just want know who will be responsible for this, who will pay me. I please mail me the justification. I am very serious... Pls reply

Am unable to modify bracket order. Trading systems are expected to respond fast. Bearing loss due to ur technical glitches. Unable to reach customer service number also. ! Rectify ur issues fastttttttt

    Due to Zerodha system issue. I could not able to sell my stock. It was trading at +4000 and I couldn't sell. I tried calling support team but It was busy whole day. After 1 or 2 hr, it started working. By that time my stock went Rs -9000.
    So I had to sale my stock with 9000 loss. similarly it happened to other stock as well. I've attached reference screenshot. Please help me refund my losses atleast. I have attached screenshot positive stock trading and orderbook( i.e I tried to sell) and finally sold at -9k loss.

      I placed an BO for buying Nifty @ 9328 with Profit Target @ 9356 and Stoploss @ 9334.1
      First buy order executed and after that i was trailing Stoploss
      After some time Stoploss and Profit Target was not modifying
      It was my luck that nifty reached till 9356 and my profit target was executed @ 10:50:29
      However the as the stoploss order should have been cancelled automatically but it didnt
      I tried to cancel it manually but still it was not getting cancelled
      And as order was not cancelled It got executed @ 12:39 with price of 9333.85
      THE BEST PART
      I was not allowed to square off this position reason being it was bracket order, what the hell First of all the order was not suppose to get executed and even if it was executed the system should have known that the order which was executed was a Stoploss of the BO which was already completed, so atleast it should have allowed me to exit the position right away.
      So I tried calling their support but those people didn't answer a single call
      Finally @ 2:40 i was able to reach their customer care
      And when I told them this scenario they were like its your fault, you must have modified it and all that ########
      I mean they even don't have this much of common sense even if i modified the Stoploss order it should be cancelled automatically if profit target is executed
      The executive was like sorry we cant give you any compensation, what we can do is that we will place an order at current market price which was 9345.9
      So i had a loss of 12.05 points in nifty just because their system executed the order which was supposed to be cancelled
      And moreover they will charge brokerage on that orders as well
      That means my loss was about 14.09 points
      So i demand a compensation...

        Hello,

        Since morning i am trying to exit my positions of maruti (6900 ce may) which was trading at 40 rs. Qty is 1500. My buy price is 30 rs.

        However due to technical issues in your platform, i am unable to exit and book profit. I am tried reaching your phone lines but all are busy.

        I spoke to mrs sushma of zerodha several times at length today and she also tried helping me but couldn't help due to technical issues.

        This loss to me is completely due to zerodha.

        Zerodha needs to pay the losses to my account (Inr 1500 x 10 = 15000) on priority basis.

          I placed covered order at 10:52 in zerodha pi client id zz4323

          I am unable to exit this order or modify. Please try to cancel this order. Asap.

          I tried calling customer care no[protected]-33102020 there is no reponse and no one is picking up. I was trying since 10:53 in the morning to cancel this order.in local hyd custtomer care they are saying it should be resolved from head office. Please try to help us. It would incur huge losses.

            Problem in log in. I have called to customer care 3 times they don't solved it and disconnect the call without complete solution. I have also email to zerodha support but no reply from there. Approx from 1:30 hrs i am facing this problem but still no solution. During this period i have lost my money which share i wanna sell. So who will give this money back due to zerodha problem. Such type problem come so many time in a month and i think during that time so many person lose there money and zerodh say only sorry... I want apply penalty on zerodha and if i needed to go consumer court i wiil be go there.

              It is impossible to get in touch with the support team of zerodha, looks like they just switch off the phone when the problems arise with there servers and which keeps happening.

              I had executed a normal bo order which for some reason neither got executed nor i am able to delete or modify it and when i try to reach the support team, it becomes impossible. Even their sales team seems to have switched off their mobile phones.

              Unacceptable service calling for strict action...

                Strict action should be taken against zerodha. Their infrastructure is unable to cope up with live sessions requirement. The orders are not getting placed due to which our positions which was once in profit today have now some into losses. Who should bear that loss? Its zerodha's accountability and responsibility to bear those losses. They should compensate me and others who are facing the same issue.

                Apart from this, sebi should take strict actions against zerodha who are not fit for providing live trading arrangements.

                  Poor customer service by zerodha.

                  orders placed could not be executed. unable to find out the status of the orders. Got a message that some problem existed due to ISP and being rectified at about 10 am. Now, till 11.45 am, the error is not rectified. The dashbord of the trading platform is showing all wrong information.

                  Customer support telephone is not reachable. Utterly poor service by zerodha. Lost heavily due to the fault of zerodha.

                    AGAIN we are facing issues with order management system, with no confirmation with what is going to happen with our pending orders.

                    Now I am really afraid that if such issue happens during expirty day or a volatile day, there is huge risk of getting stuck with position and watch your capital going in vane.

                    I believe its better to change the broker then to trade with control given to a broker that is not even providing proper service especially when its needed.

                    Looking forward to concrete answer on this else I think i need to take a decision on weather to continue with such a inconsistent broker or not.

                      On 8th may 2017, the system was not allowing to place any orders on a sudden. I 'm trying to reach the rep/call centre, but no response. I have purchased a stock future, but unable to sell due to this issue. I have to bare the losses bcoz of their technical fault.. Really feeling bad about this kind of service on a financial platform. Sebi has to come up with some penalty concepts.

                      I am also facing the same problem. Orders r not getting placed properly. Not able to modify existing orders. Not able to place new orders.
                      Zerodha cares a damn ... they don't reply to calls or sms or even mails. There should be strictest possible penalty for the people behind this like Nitin Kamath ... these people know it all ... this is not the first time happening ... I am also stuck .. can't get out ... they told me 2 hrs back that it would take not more than 10 mins .. now it is almost 3 hrs ... still I am bleeding money ... they don't even pick up the phone calls ... so acheater ...
                      They have been saying that it will take just 10 min to fix the issue for the past 2 hours now.
                      Cannot close out or place new orders to recover losses. This is extremely poor service from Zerodha. Reaching out to the customer care is difficult as they put your on call on hold for 45 min. When they do pick up they say that it will be fixed in 10 min max. Losing credibility Zerodha!!
                      worst service.No reply from customer care. Don't pick the call.Don't resolve the issue at the earliest.
                      Do not waste time, energy and your money. Initially they will take less charge for opening the account, latter they will deduct the unnecessary amount, when you want explanation the Bangalore manager will ask you read the full manual instead of giving you proper answer. Really bad.
                      There site is also not up to date, when i check the stock value it was 560 rs but when i place the order deducted amount was 572rs, after placing order also stock value it was showing was same 560rs. All the time you will face technical issues. Customer care executive do not reply and very rude. Think before you make investments and go through all the reviews.

                        I am not able to login and it gives this error.

                        I am not able to place any order. Technical IT support is very bad.
                        Their lines are engaged and no reply from support mail id also.

                        This is not first time. Technical glitches are common with Zerodha these days..Last week also my order got sold automatically and incurred me a loss.

                        I was very happy with Zerodha service earlier which is degrading now.
                        Fix all techical issues at the earliest

                            Sir, i am amruta bade, i have submitted my application on 27th of april. When i call to zerodha customer care they told me that my application is rejected due to some reason. But what is the exact issue they havnt tell me yet. I m calling them daily buy then also i dont have any responce from call or mail. I want to open my account as early as possible. Im working in state government sir, plz do the needful.

                              Mess up with the customer service..I have recently joined Zerodha, hoping it would be a better platform but they proved me wrong..very very bad service by support center..Mr.Prashant R R, is assisting my problem. I mailed him for more than 7-8 times regarding my funds transfer but they have not solved my problem..I made two transactions through IMPS to my trading account..Bank balance shows that the payment was successful..Zerodha account is showing that the payment had not received...I have provided all the necessary documents such as bank statement but they are just avoiding it...Never trust zerodha guys..Go for other brokers in India..

                              Hi,

                              I am also facing similar issue in Zerodha. I have transferred amount from my HDFC bank using eCMS facility, but the amount is not credited in Zerodha account. Each time I am calling the customer support they are saying within 5 minutes credit will be applied. But the issue is not resolved yet.

                              They credited the amount after end of market hours. I lost one day for this delay. Even support team staff is now saying that fund update is done by end of day. But as per Zerodha policy they credited the fund within 10 minutes for IMPS or eCMS transfer. Very bad service indeed.

                                from almost 6-8 days i m facing lot of issue below are list of issues..and i m really tried writing to you guys again and again
                                1. price & quantity of shares difference issue in holdings accounts.
                                2. funds amount is shown properly.
                                3. P&L reports are not generating.
                                4. Because of all these issue i m not able to trade properly

                                and how could your team tell me to wait for more15 days this is really pathetic ... i have already waited for 6-8 days and now more 15 days i cant wait ...why i should bear loss because of your issues...

                                improve your services its really poor... i have heard good name of zerodha i market that's why i have open my account ...but now i m regretting...Solve these issues ASAP...

                                Hey. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. We're currently working on the backend that does the P&L calculations and it should be up within a couple of days. It will definitely not take 15 days time.
                                Many of my friends are also facing similar issues. Their support team is highly incompetent. I would suggest you to exit from zerodha at the earliest possible opportunity.

                                  Starting from the day I've opened my trading account with zerodha, it is being nightmarish. I purchased huge amount of stocks through zerodha but none of them are showing up in my holdings list and i'm unable to sell them. I incurred huge loss already because of that. I spoke with one of zerodha's sales managers called suraj and he told me that i have to send a POA form to them in order to sell any stocks. None of them even bothered to inform me earlier about the POA form. What is the point in buying stocks if you're not able to sell them? Anyways, I've signed the POA form and gave it to one of their courier staff. It's been 1 week and I haven't received any update from them. I tried calling up suraj but he is simply stopped responding. I even raised a ticket on zerodha, they carelessly closed the ticket saying that they didn't receive the POA form yet. This is not the first time i'm facing issue with zerodha, earlier also i was facing issue with depositing money to zerodha account. The amount which i deposited got reflected in my zerodha account after 1 day, that too after repeatedly chasing their customer care team. I'm fed up with zerodha's low grade services and would like to quit from zerodha at the earliest possible opportunity.

                                  Hey Goutham, the information regarding the PoA has been made clear in the account opening dashboard itself, when you open your account. Also, if there was a delay in the fund transfer, it would be because we received confirmation from the bank late. It makes no business sense for us to delay your fund transfers.

                                  If you email courier tracking details to social[at]zerodha.com, we'll check if we've received the courier. It would also be greatly appreciated if you can share your registered contact details so we can have a word with your sales manager and make sure that your concerns are addressed in time. Any inconvenience is regretted.

                                    Hi,

                                    28 of march i did a transfer of 75000rs from my bank account to zerodha trading account.
                                    The amount is deducted from my bank account but it's was not credited to zerodha. (ZR0684).
                                    Then I checked with relation ship manager, he is idiot don't know any thing then he simply told to me its problem of bank.
                                    Then I checked with bank with in 1.5 days I got reply from them the about is successfully transferred to beneficiary.
                                    Then I send couple of mails to funds and I got reply it will credit for today's trading section.
                                    But still now any amount is not credited to my account.
                                    Again I send a mail, discussed with Asif Hussain ( worst relation ship manager ever i seen with default dialogues ) and also called customer care. But no of them are not given any ideas, all of them saying send mail to funds.
                                    I don't know what is going over there. Really got irritated with zerodha services. Since one week the amount is not reflected in my account.
                                    As zerodha required daily follow ups for the same issues???.. this is the kind of services you are offering to customers? Really feel bad about that. Now i am seriously thinking to close account with zerodha.
                                    please do need full to transfer money to my trading account.

                                      Today 3rd April 2017. I have been trying to add money to my trading account to average out my trade. I started from 9AM and it's been more than two hour still unable to transfer. Sometime transfer sometime I get 900 error. I have also tried their customer service number first of all it goes busy and if by any chance you are connected no one picks. PLEASE TELL ME WHOLE WILL COMPENSATE MY TRADE ON WHICH I CAN RECOVER MY LOSSES. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

                                        I call to customer care but very bad response

                                        I again call to support team
                                        Support team ask your client id is generated you confirmation mail receive today end of the day
