I submitted required information. Then they asked me to pay fee of rs. 300. I paid the same. After that they refused to open account on the grounds that my aadhar is not linked to mobile. If they couldnt process my application, they shouldnt ask for fee. And if it was taken by mistake, the should refund the same.
But mr bhavesh bhati said that fee wont be refunded at all. This is purely cheating. How can trust a company which is cheating at account opening.

    My federal bank share is not showing up in my portfolio but i can see tata motors and adani power.

    (They always making me trouble. Last time, because of server issue i can, t sell my share and i have mailed them to sell on my behalf but they did nt)

    (Also, their customer care no is pathetic. I am entering correct id and zpin but it responding as wrong entry..)

      Dear sir/madam,
      On 2-may-2018 zerodha kite trading website was unavailable to end users. I had purchased stock option for maruti suzuki on 30-apr-2018 at rs.115.0 in anticipation of good sales numbers and in fact it released better sales numbers on 1-may-2018[public holiday]. I wanted exit and book my profit on 2-may-2018 at around rs.150 but zerodha website was not available.
      Due to this i have suffering loss [ cmp is 84].

      I am claiming that zerodha must pay to me this loss amount.

        Friday on 27/04/2018, I short one lot PCJEWELLER18MAY200PE at rs 26, premium was Rs 39000
        And next day on Monday 30th april 2018 bought at rs 31.25 premium was rs. 46872
        I was in loss of rs.7875
        Monday 30th april 2018 morining my Balance was ₹1, 28, 848.71
        Monday 30th april 2018 Total my loss was on monday ₹-34, 282.02(inculding PCJEWELLER loss of rs.7875)

        ₹ 1, 28, 848.71 - ₹34, 282.02 = ₹ 94566.69

        but they debited total ₹84, 982.02 insted of ₹34, 282.02 and my balance is only ₹43, 866.69
        called zerodha customer care n no of times but there is unprofessional response
        Their staff is also rude and un trained. They just waste time & do not reply to queries
        They also deduct more amount from loss and do not give detail of all debits and deductions
        and zerodha executive said your loss for t PCJEWELLER18MAY200PE Rs.46872 and they cant explain
        And my money debited total ₹84, 982.02

        Our representative tried reaching you on your registered number in order to provide a detailed explanation of the breakdown of the money charged, but was unable to reach you.

          People are loosing their hard earned money due to various technical issues of zerodha. Even i lost multiple bucks due to their technical problems. Since losses were not huge i let it go. Worst back office. Customer care calls will be picked up so late, otherwise continuous waiting that u end up hanging it up. They need to improve their server quality. As when the volatility increases their server go out of service. Secondly their back office team is worst.

              I moved to zerodha because of low brokerage charged but i am totally wrong. They have hidden charges.

              Zerodha is charging very high for auto square off position. While creating account they are not specify any detail for square off position charges and it is actually very high. These charges are not mentioned in contract notes.

              For example you have loss of 1000 rs on 15-apr-2018 but you did not square off position so zerodha will auto square off the position. Now they will charge[protected] of extra charge for it.

              Even they are not mention this charge in contract notes. So user will be in under impression that he will be deducted 1000 but actually they deduct[protected].

              Totally unfair.

              Auto square-off charges are ₹20(+GST) per order for positions which you did not square off before 3.20 PM. You can avoid this by simply squaring off before 3.20 PM. The brokerage and charges are completely transparent and mentioned on our List of Charges page(https://zerodha.com/charges)

                This is to bring to your notice that I have lost over 1.5 Lakhs in a trade which was a Technical problem from your platform on April 12, 2018.
                The stop loss for cover order never got executed and I tried multiple time to exit by placing a limit order and market order which did not get executed and was blocked by your system

                I have attached the proof of the error from your platform .
                My life saving I have put I Trading and for no mistake from my side I am penalised.

                I had kept stop loss at 213,
                212 which never got executed and was not able to exit manually too as there was no stop loss order on the order screen for a CO.
                The price went from 213 to 208 and at 208 my Trade by default got executed . I have lost 1.5 Lakhs from this technical error,
                Please do the reversal and refund my hard earned money

                Please go in detail to the attached file and check in your system for the Technical snag which has costed my life earnings

                  My cliet code zr1521 with zerodha. I am highly dissatisfied with their services and suggest everyone not to be allured by their free equity brokerage. You will not be able to get tallied your account. There was a major difference in f&o and intraday ledgers. When i asked them to send me the gross debit and gross credit figures of f&o and intraday trade then they refused to give it. I was not able to tally my accounting as per income tax rules. Moreover they transferred the fund in my bank account without holding the sufficient margin required by exchange and later on debited my ledger with them with rs.1, 453- and penalty for insufficient margin this is the brokerage house responsibility to detain the margins in the ledger before transfer of funds. Moreover they do not ask anytime that extra margin was required. It was so eaasy for me to transfer it on a single click. They are workst brokerage house. Do not opoen any account with them

                    I have purchased ioc shares today by morning 9:30 Am and sold it by 2:30 pm through my zerodha client Id YH2150 but again at 3:23 pm shares been bought by zerodhas admin user ADMINSQF1 using leverage that too during market exit time without my approval and so I had to overcome a loss of Rs.2437.45 in my trading account .kind Help me resolve the issue .

                      Dear sir/madam
                      When i try to buy a share in bo it is asking more than full margin. For ex if share price is 110 when i try to buy 100 shares through boo it asking 13000. I don't know how. If it ask full margin then it will 11000. But what calculation your app is calculating don't know. Twice in a week kite app experience same problem. Kindly rectify it.

                        On jan 31st 2018, i emailed [protected]@zerodha.com to close my account.
                        On same day i recd email "you have to send us a signed letter stating the reason for closure along with your signature. To close your ilfs demat account; you have to download, print, fill, sign and courier this ilfs closure letter to the zerodha head office address mentioned below."
                        On 2nd feb : i sent form along with letter stating resaon for closure.
                        14th mar : i emailed [protected]@zerodha.com, to confirm about a/c closure.
                        15th mar "i receive email from [protected]@mailer. Zerodha.net stating"closure request can't be processed for the below reason,
                        1. An amount of rs710/-to be paid amc.
                        I replied hope there is nothing else to pay apart from rs.710.
                        21st mar : i emailed them details of payment and i receive confirmation that "now your account will be closed you will receive confirmation from nsdl."
                        3rd apr, 4th apr and 12th apr : i follow-up for confirmation about account closure.
                        13th apr : i receive email from bgse. [protected]@issl.co.in with copy mark to bgse. [protected]@issl.co.in,
                        Blr. [protected]@issl.co.in,
                        Kavitha. [protected]@issl.co.in,
                        Patrick. [protected]@zerodha.com

                        We have received the request for closing the said account the same can't be processed for the below reason,

                        1. An amount of rs109.97/- to be paid

                        Log on to our website / click on the link https://www.ilfsdp.com/eko-pay.aspto settle the dues through our secured payment gateway

                        This is just ridiculous.
                        Till today my account is not closed.
                        What is the assurity after paying 109.97 they would close my account..
                        "i hope they will send one more email stating amc for 6 months from jan'18 to june'18 need to be paid"

                        How will i get confirmation that my account has been closed.

                        Account opening free but account closing is a big challenge

                          My client id. Is zt6069. On 12/04/2018, i bought call option of bank nifty 25300 at rs 3.90, 6 lots. As the market was trending upwards, i decided to exit my order @ rs. 12. I tried many times to sell the order, order did not get executed. It showed an error message saying "server not ready". When server problem resumed, that time the price was at rs 2.00. I sold it on rs 4.5 resulted in an loss of rs. 1900. I have spoken to one of zerodha representatives who informed me that there was a technical issue and orders were not getting executed and they told me that we are going to consider your losses. I request you to credit the brokerage and loss of rs 1900 into my demat account.

                            Hi team,

                            My client id. Is XV9509. Today i shorted 1575 shares of HPCL and had a stop loss in place. As the market was trending upwards, i decided to exit my order @ RS. 331.6 /-. How much ever i tried, the exit order did not get executed. It showed an error message saying "Server Not Ready". Finally my stop loss was triggered @ 336.75 /- which resulted in an extra loss of Rs. 8000 +. In total i encountered a loss of more than 14000/- today.

                            I have spoken to one of your representatives who informed me that there was a technical issue and orders were not getting executed or closed. But this is not a problem from my end. Why should i pay for Zerodha's mistakes ? I need my refund at any cost as i am not to be blamed for such instances.

Today I saw my account having a negative balance of ₹112 and I don't understand that if I trade in CNC then how will I end up having a negative balance as CNC means that I can only trade with the available cash in my account. Why is this so and i request zerodha to fix this problem.

                              It’s been 4 days i have been unable to withdraw my funds from zerodha... Also contact number of relationship manager provided to me is not available and nobody is responding on mails... Similar things happens with other customers too... Its been too frustrating.. If you can’t access your funds as per your wants then using this demat is worthless... Seems zerodha is felling short of funds...

                                Hi, my client id is zi8216
                                For the past four days i am submitting requests for fund withdrawal and the request is not getting approved even though there is an excess amount of funds in the zerodha account. I have called customer care multiple number of times, four out of five times no one picks up and when they eventually do, they tell me everytime that tmrw it will be done. This is not professionalism. Will not further invest in via zerodha platform anymore, will play extra brokerage to other platforms but will not prefer something that cannot liquidate my money during my emergency. Zerodha has dropped in quality standards and should not be preferred by custom anymore. Please choose some other platform.

                                  Account for user sneha is not yet open for last 7 days.
                                  300 inr was deducted already for top class service that zerodha provides
                                  Process is ridiculous.
                                  We kept doing document submissions numerous time and kept following up but account is still not opened.
                                  Request to refund 300 inr asap.

                                  Business standard - please do not promote such fraud people in future by publishing their crap in your magazine.

                                    I transfer rs 2000 to zerodha account. From that rs 1000 mutual funds amount debited.
                                    But remaing amount directly goes to my savings account in bank without my knowledge or i haven't given request.
                                    This is the beginning & i got such experience. Now how i continue to zerodha... It's matter of faith & money.???

                                      Hi team,

                                      My client id. Is ye2779, yesterday i purchased 500 shares of indigo on short and had a stop loss in place however once the share price hit the stop loss buy order wasn't executed and i wasn't able to manually exit the order as well from the order book. Due to this i lost close to rs.23000.

                                      I have spoken to one of your representatives who informed me that yesterday there was a technical issue and orders...

                                      Hi. I recently opened an account with zerodha.
                                      On 13 march 2018 i placed a cover order for a trade but the same wasn't visible in my order book
                                      I tried a lot to contact them but they don't pick up your call making you more miserable...
                                      I was unable to exit my position since it was visible.
                                      So it all ended up with a lot amount displaying as a debit in my fund..

                                      Who at zerodha will take responsibility of my loss??
