I ordered a saree from zipker.com but it was slightly different from what was shown online so i filed a return request on the site and the request hasn't been entertained till now. It has been more than a month and the status is still pending. I ordered the saree on 29th october, 18, received on 3rd november and filed the return request on the same day. I have even mailed them several times, called the customer care but there was no response. Please help getting my refund asap. I assure the product is unused.

    I have requested for return of my product (Via order number[protected] purchased on 2nd december, 2018.
    I am highly unsatisfied with your service. I have made shopping from your site for the very first time and i have had a very bad experience. I requested for the return same day of delivery but no one responded on the same.in fact i have tried calling zipker n number of times but no one answered my call on any number given on your website.
    You are kindly requested to arrange the return pick up and refund my money as earliest possible.
    Zipker Online Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My issue is not resolved yet. Kindly help me to get the refund for my product I have ordered from zipker.

      I placed the order order no[protected] on 16th dec'18
      For a kurti and got the delivery also on 18th dec'18. But the quality was too low so i raised the return request on 18th dec'18 for return and refund my money in my bank account. I mailed and called them for the same. The reverse pickup has been done and till yet i did not get my refund. Now they are not responding me neither over call nor on mail.

        The product mustard multiprint kurti ordered online was received and was different from that was shown in the picture of zipker online purchases. I needed to return and get my refund. Inspite of repeated mails to zipker there is no response from zipker nor any arrangement on return has been done. Their return policy says 7 days. But even after putting mails to zipker there is no any response. I need immediate return and get refund. They is no proper contact details too wherein we can get proper assistance too.

          I want to returnthis product its very different from online to offline and fabric what u mentioned and what u r delivered is not matching. How many days you will take to refund amount please inform methe details online services was not provided the information. I got veryworst experience of this site its verybad to you. You are supplying fake products.

              I had ordered an saree which got delivered to me on 28th oct 2018. That day itself i saw the saree delivered to me was defective and i raised a email and also tried calling the zipker customer care number, but nobody answers the call nor anybody is responding. I think these site is fake. And i would like to highlight these to new user please read the review before ordering anything from zipker.com

                  I already created tickets for return before four days but not even a response from zipker side so how can I return these product .They are telling return within 7 days how can return without any response from their side.I already contacted FedEx because they only delivered the product they are telling that after getting confirmation from zipker only they are supposed to do anything.The product quality is too bad. The product is entirely different from the picture they given in their site.Down I attached order details

                    The quality of the dress is very bad and different also... I had given all details for return but after that there is no confirmation call i had call also on your numbers... Its like you are cheating with the customers i had order very trustfully and now you are responding now its 4th day but there is no return of money and not a single confirmation from you

                      For a purchased item with the order no.[protected] beacause of wrong item has been sent, return has been raised on 3rd nov. After several communications through mail at theur email id [protected]@zipker.com and [protected]@zipkar.com, there is no response and their mobile no. Are not responding too.
                      Request to do the needful to force them to do corrective measures or if found fraud then shut down their online fraud.

                        I have the mail to Zipker.com on 5th November 2018. No proper response from them. Their customer care number always
                        It is switch off.
                        I need refund my amount. I Don't need any product.
                        I have ordered one item. One Saree from Zipker.com

                        I need to return the product as I am not satisfied with the product in photo it was rich in color. But in real it is full.
                        Due to this, I want to return the product & Need refund the amount.

                          Hi, my name is salma parveen, i have purchased two products 1. Designer salwar suit semi-stitched (Off white) & 2. Jacquard self design stitched lehenga suit (Orange, golden) from zipker.com site. Total cost rs. 2, 673.00.

                          The quality of the one product was worst and even net fabric is not up to mark. So i requested them for the return one product only.

                          When i tried to contact them through call, the numbers are always switched off.

                          I have also sent email for the said issue many times but there was no reply at all.

                          The shrug is not as long as shown in the picture. Please deliver long one. The main reason I ordered is coz of shrug that looked attractive.

                                I ordered designer red georgette lehenga of rs.1499 on 3rd november 2018 and i received it by 7th november it is totally opposite from the picture shown in zipker & cloth quality is very cheap from that very day i am trying to contact them for refund of my product but they are not replying in any way nor call neither email please help me in refunding of my order.

I tried to connect zipker team but no response from zipker team. Kindly look into this on priority as return policy if for 6-7 days and today is 6th nov and it has not yet initiated from zipker end.                                   I have asked for the product return as i sell the same to other customer, custimwr asked for return, its been 20 days no action been taken from.this people and change in status. No one wil take this long time to process, such a worst experience .

                                        I have orderd a long kurta to zypker but material is not according same as mention on site, after reciving product i have drop a mail to ziper team pls return item and refund money, i have recived a mail from ziper team he said that we will revert on this whitin 48 hours but appox 1 weak has gone and no revert found, product is worst quality, please action on it other wise i will go to consumer forum.
