Order no.[protected] on Dt 20.07.2019 and amount paid thru by bank 799 rs.
this order not received me and refund also not received.
zipker contact mobile no. is switch off
i have contact by mail to zipker.com but not any stratification from zipker
and refund not received yet.
Please help me.

    Sir i have purchased sari from this site at 10 june 2019. I have debited 799rs from my cart but still i could not found my product. Such a fraud company. When i call custmer care no. They dont reply for any querry. There were no any option which i contect them. They have not return my payment or delivered my order. I have mailed many times but no responce.

        I have ordered for SC_FP_MULTI_ANARKALI suit, but they sent me a very different and cheap quality cloth. I submitted many complaints to Zipker.com but they are not responding also their customer care number is not working.

        They provided me ticket number (174055) on 3rd July2019 against my complaints but nothing has done. They have not refund my money. My Order No. was[protected] this on 1st july 2019.

          I purchased a dress from zipker.com, it's quality was very worst so i want to returned it, i have done a return request according to their terms and conditions in the sufficient duration. but they can't reply me according to their process ... even i requested them many more time by Email and on their website but any action didn't taken by them, their costomer care can't receive call ...we try to made call 100 times in a day ...

          I had ordered salwar suit from Zipker. Quality of product was very bad. Raised return request for the product. Its been a month. I have sent many mails asking for the update on order. There is no reply from thier end. Customer care number is always either not reachable or switch off.

            Hi team,

            I had order on 17th july a saree with price near 3000 rs as a guest user and payment done with paytm wallet with order no[protected] as a guest user, but d't received any mail and update from your end regarding order, also tried to call your customer support number, but always getting switch off[protected]. After 10 days i didn't get any reply on mail from their end, so many mails social messages calls still they don't responde, also my product not deliver and refund not return. Please take action this site and stop fraud with people's, we believe just bez its advertising on social media and google also register email and contact show but not they stop responding please refund my money asap.

              Wrong product send no contact details are correct . I paid 1000 rupees for the product which I ordered but I received the another product which is worse .I mailed them and contact them since 2 days but that's a scam please help me. Here are my order details .

                It's regarding Order No.[protected], i want to return this item as this is totally different as shown on the website. I am not at all satisfied with this product.
                I have tried to reach out customer care through email and calls but no response. This really very bad online shopping service. I will not recommend to my family and friends to shop anything from zipker.

                Let me know how to return your worst product.

                    I want to return my order number[protected] for i have been applying from since 15 days. And none of the worker of zipker even customer care is not responsible. Every time they sent only one mail that we will respond you with in 24-48 hours. As your company is harrassing consumer and not returning there goods so for that i have to do your complaint in the consumer forum. That zipker.com is the fraud site which only works against the right of consumer with poor quality of products.

                      I have brought new black tassle plazo suite order number[protected] from www.zipker.com. and i want to return that order because the quality of the product mentioned in the description is completely different from the product. And also the quality is very poor. I have been applying for refund since from 10 days and yet none of the customer care service had taken any action. Refund the product and return my money other wise i will do the complaint at the site of consumer court. That www.zipker.com is working against the right of customer.

                        I want to return my order which i had applied so many days before. And when it will be picked up? It is still with me. Sorry to say your service is very poor. I had applied for returning since 8 days. As if you and your company will do such kinds of fraud and will not return the product. Then from next times no one will order any thing from your site.in the discription the dupatta fabric is cotton but when it comes it is rayon fabric the quality is soo bad. Plz return the order and give my money back.

                          I am complaining about a dress which i bought few days back whose size was not suitable and the material was also not good, the product was not originalas well. I want to return this and so, i have been texting on watsapp as well as i have been sending emails the concerned person is viewing my messages but i am not getting any response. It was written easy return policy there but i have not been availed to any such policy activity by this app.

                          I did not get any reply and neither did anyone came to collect thr dress please collect the dress and refund the amount as soon as possible. The dress is not capable of wearing. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          Maine itni baar complain kiya pr waha se koi response nhi aa rha h . Mai pareshan ho gai hu .Zipker froud company h . Pahle to sahi product nhi dete h fir easy return policy likh kr bhi return nhi lete h infact unse contact krne ki kosshish kro to na call pick krenge na whatsapp ka reply denge aur na hi mail ka reply krenge. Plz solve me problem.
                          I still didn't get a response plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

Customer care is just producing a ticket and not resolved my issue yet and the contact number u have provided is not answering too... Am looking for your kind response.. The product is suit.. Color of it's salwar and duppata are different.. It's cost for rs 1300.. I have mailed them many time.. They're not responding n and the google service is showing that the email address doesn't exist contact number they're provided in their website isn't answering..

                                Dear Team,

                                I had placed an order on April 3rd 2019 with order# with mode of payment as Cash on delivery.
                                I revived the product on April 6th 2019 and had paid in cash only
                                After I opened the packet, I felt like returning the dress material bought as the quality of the product was not worth it and I decided to place a return and refund request immediately.
                                I had place the request for return/refund on via my registered email id.
                                there was no reply till now
                                I escalated the same email to [protected]@zipker.com
                                Again I email them on dates: April 12th, 20th, 22nd, 25th and final aggressive email on 28th April.
                                Meanwhile I tried calling them on the number provided, WhatsApp also done yet no response
                                However they replied me immediately if a want to place a fresh order; when I talk about my return/refund, they do no reply nor answer my phone calls
                                It has been 2 months now when I first bought the apparel.
                                Require your help and assistance to justify my refund/replace
                                I hereby demand a complete refund for my product without replacement because of the mental harassment with me.

                                    No updates are available on my orders..
                                    Send email lots of time but no satisfaction answer they provide me..
                                    Order is shipped 5, 6 days before but not deliverd..am really very upset of such type of cheap shopping app...
                                    Calling to customer care is not provided by them not even a number is available on call...
                                    I ordered a gaun dress and apply COD...
                                    Company will not deliver my product timely... Such a cheap marketing...
                                    I will further complaint about this they will not gonna to solve my problem yet...
                                    They will not delivered product timely No timely confirmation message they send me... No contact number is there to contact them... When i placed order they take about 2, 3 days for only confirmation of products and then no further interaction is there..

                                        I ordered white suit with jacket from zipker.com. They mention in product details kurti in rayon fabric but when i received my order it is pure cotton. Immediately i request to return and refund but they are not responding properly. I complain about product but no result. Suits price is 1500 rs.
