I order one sari from zipker.com app from my device. Sari cost is around rs 1500. Quality of that sari is too worst. I ordered white sari from app. But that white sari looking to worst. I requested for return product. After 3-4 days there is no status update on site. So i tried to contact him on whatsapp. Firstly he reply me. But when i told him for return product he block me on whatsapp. I tried to call on his phone/email but no one is replied me.

I ordered a dress from zipker.com worth 1200rs they delivered very bad quality dress material. The dress was not even close to the pictures shown. Requested for return but there was no response from there side, they were not responding to mails, not receiving calls. I even tried to message them on whatsapp and instagram they blocked me there too. They are donig this to many customers.

We email to zipker for return of dress material and refund of our money. We only received a system generated email from their side. Even the contact details are not working. The agent resolving our issue didn't had any satisfactory response to our query. Sincerely resolve our matter as soon as possible. We jst want refund and want to return the dress material as soon as possible. Kindly resolve our issue. We are very dissatisfied with the zipker.

I ordered the mustard yellow kurti on[protected] but you send me the wrong product because its totally different from the picture so i want to return this kurti. And your all customer care helpline contact numbers are not working so how can i contact with you. I want to return this product and want my refund back. I am not at all satisfied with this product. It's completely different. It's not as per image which you have shown in your zipker application. So i want to return this product. I already mailed to zipker customer care. Please provide the phone number because i want to return this product.

Hello zipker! I had ordered a red lehenga and i got it delivered yesterday. But it is completely different from what i saw in the picture in your sight. This is ridiculous and unbelievable. I ordered a gown from zipker.com on 4.10.18 worth rupees 1099 including shipping charges.on 10.10.18 they deliever the product., but after opening the package i got very dissapointed the dress material quality is very bad also there is a damage in the dress, the embroidery is also not according to the picture shown in the figure immediately i registered the return request but after 5 days the status is same after that i mail them they give me a ticket number and a help desk number with an executive named meenu sharma promising me that she will help me but it has been 10 days as i am constantly mailing them but they are not listening and didn't take any action they are making me fool and i am getting mentally disturbed after this incident also they show a free gift worth on the site but i haven't received it yet .my order number is[protected] taffeta silk embroiderd semi stitched gown.i want my money back as i am not satisfied with the product please help me

I have received a product from zipker.com in defective condition. Cloth was delivered in torned condition. There was a big hole in it.
I have complained about the same on consumercomplaints.in. Because of this zipker site has contacted me asking about the details of defective product.

Inspite of writing and mailing them many times they are not processing my request.
Product ordered is different from what i have received.
None of their helpline number is in working state

I have ordered a semi stitched dress from zipker (My order id is[protected] which was not at all look alike what they have shown in the picture, on same day of delivery i raise a refund but 12 days have passed still there is no response from them there is no contact nunber available only whatsapp contact and that too is unresponsive they ticket id they provided to me is 103065 and authorised ticket return agent is meenu sharma.
They show very irrresponsive behaviour its completely a fake site.

The design of the item does not matched with the item delivered to me with the item i ordered in your zipker website. I received the item on 4th october. I mailed in your customer care on 5th october to return the product.in reply from your end i have received a mail also for asking the order no. To collect by your zipker assistant. I send the order no. But till now no correspondence from your zipkar.

Hi, i have received product today but the product is totally different from what i saw over the website and i ordered two of them but both of the product are totally different from one other and is very short for me. The fabric is so bad and too loose for me. I am trying to contact customer care but they r not responding either, instagram page where i raised a complaint they blocked me. I want my money back. I will raise a fir against you under section 415 of ipc act for cheating and false representation. Resolve my query and refund me my amount.

I have ordered a product from zipker app without login with order number[protected]. I received it last week but it has minor defect and its not as same as the image and its oversized. I have send out an email to zipker customer care but other than they asking order number no progress!
None of the contact number is reachable. I have send the email the day i received the order, 6th of october, 18. Service is sucks!!.
Please do the needful and initiate a return.

Zipker site is totally fake. They are just money grabbers. Such sites should be banned. I purchased one salwar suit from zipker site. And they delivered a defective piece of cloth. There was a big hole in the dress. Since then i m trying to contact this site. I sent them all relevant proves and pics of turned cloth. Initially they were saying that my complaint is under process. Now they are not responding at all. I want to return this product and i want my money back.

I have place the order on 27th sept through zipker online service and it is already dispatched from 9 days but still i havent received the package yet and also the customer care ph number is not working. I have sent multiple mails to them but no luck. They are not responding.

This appears to be a fraud company and shouls be blacklisted so that no other customer is cheated. Could anyone please help me here please help me.

I have order 1 saree from zipker site of 999 rs, thats not as they put image in their site. I have asked multiple times to return this order and refund my money, when you have policy of return. No one is responding to me from customer site.

Please help in returning these saree, i am a first time purchaser of this website and very dissatisfied with their customer service. Please help in refunding as my hard core earn money is getting wasted
