I ordered short white kurti from zipker.com. They mention in product details kurti in rayon fabric but when i received my order it is pure cotton. Immediately i request to return and refund but they are not responding properly. It is more than 25 days passed i complain about product but no result. Kurti is price of 1300 rs but with discount it is of rs 1273. And i called on help line number but it is always either busy or no one answer the call. My complain id on zipker customers care is 143583 and it is shown as under process from last 25 days.

The product i got on 23rd march is not satisfactory so i make a return request in 26 march the status was pending so i send a mail they said sorry for inconveniences and they will arrange a pick up schedule and will refund the money but nothing is happen yesterday i call zipker and a girl pick up the phone and said she make a pick up schedule and a message will send to me but nothing happened today i called so many times but no one pick up the phone and many times it busy i am getting frustrated now. I want my money back and take the product as soon as possible.

I placed an order with no.[protected] from zipker for which i requested a return on 28th december 2018. But there was no update about it so i wrote an email to customer care but still no reply till date. Then i also wrote an email to their escalation department but till date they haven't refunded the amount. They said that they have refunded the money but when i asked for the details of the refund they were unable to provide that.

Date 24.04.19 i placed 3 product order and today dated -26.04.19 i have received my order but i am not satisfied because i want stiched saree but this is unstiched and 1 suit colour is very dull & skirt colour is different so that i want return my order. Plz accept my request. I hamble request..

Bloody cheating company 6 months passed away but zipker has not refunded me back and has taken all returning items from me worth of 5k, everytime your bloody company people calls me asking what happened after telling all story they just vanish and gets losts somewhere in hell, but never got a refund at all!!! But now iam going to publicity this on every social media and internet because i have waited much more than anything, now i will make sure that people think twice to buy anything from zipker from here on

I have purchased a saree from zipker website and its not even same when we got it delivered. When i mailed and asked about this they told me to send all the details. But once i had sent, i got no response even after i had sent 5 emails. I need to return this product and get my refund of rs.1474. I would say to other customers never to buy from this website as the zipker people doesn't even bother to help with any kind of issues. I wud give a very bad rating for this website and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this site.

I sent return request for my order on 3rd April more than 15days over, which is not delivered same as it was showing in website, Return status in pending state also customer contact nos all are switched off or not reachable which is in Zipker website. They raised ticket too.

Fake people worst website ever seen.

I bought one kurti which was looking good and description was also good. But when i received the product it was totally a different material. It would not even cost 100inr. They cheated me for 1000inr. It was clearly mentioned that the refund will be done in 10 days without any questions.

But no one is responding to a call, not even mail. They are just frauds and cheating every customer.

This website's looked good for user safety. So i ordered a saree. I received damaged saree by order no.[protected] on 28th march. From that day, i have been contacting zipker for return and refund but they are giving a reason that they are waiting for seller 's response.
They are not responding.
Their customer care no[protected] is not reachable.

Please help.

As i mail u n inform u on the same date that the product is not fit for use so that i mailed uh on same date but no quick actions take place n i call uh several time but uh don't recieve so i will take strict action against uh n file a complaint on behalf of zipker online n i suggest all other to not place a single order here

Kindly not i want to return my order number :[protected] as it is small in size i had already done query am not getting response pls help me in urgent basis. I have bought a dress from zipker.com and paid through cod. I was happy initially with the shipping because it takes total 3 daysto arrive at my home but after opening the packet i noticed that dress quality is very bad and not up to the mark so i launched a return request against the product but after a week still i am not getting the proper response from them what should i do please help me.

I had bought 1 saree on 11th march, 19 received same on 13th and had requested for return on 15th, but till date ther is no response from their concern department. I have wrote them around 6-7 mails almost around 50-60 calls but none of them is not at all responded, either switched off or super busy. The customer service is super pathetic and worst. These guys pretend to be super busy. I have texted them on messenger but they replied me stating that pls contact to customer care and mail the request and still back to square 1. So now i want the product of my order id[protected] should be picked up at the earliest. As your team is unnecessarily harrassing the customers but drafting beautiful lines on your website about the customer service but it is not capable of arranging a smile pick up. The service is very poor.

I have to place a return request for the product i have received but my login page is not showing any ordered history of mine and i had tried to reach their costumer service but it is either showing busy or not responding. The material is worst and i want refund of that rs.1700. Such a fraud site zipker and worst online shoping experience. I want my money back asap.

Reason for return-the product quality was not good and unsatisfactory to me thr price of the product was very high so please accept the return request of customer and refund my amount to me

I buy a product from zipker on 15th march, but the product is not perfect for me. I want to replace that one. But zipker is not replying. Also there is a lot of bugs in application as well as site. The fake promises zipker is doing by there site. I want from zipker that please return that product before the waiting period will over.

And i am not responsible for the delay in return or waiting period expiration because i put the mail to zipker customer care on the same day when i received the product.
