[protected] this is my order number i ordered white saree and they placed me some red saree since wrong order is placed i need help urgently or i will take strict action against this there is no reply coming from zipker.com if within 1 hour i do not get a reply i am going to police station i need quick response from the company sooonnnn...

here is the details
purchased date : 20th Sep
1st ticket raised for shipment : 1st Oct.
1st cc reply on 4th Oct till that time shipment was already reverted back to them.
Continues chasing from 5th Oct till today.
Tried checking in whatsapp no one replying.
Almost raised 8 tickets but customer care just close all without telling the reason in there portal. Send 18-20 emails but...

I have purchased a product which i wanted to return i have requested them since 3 days for pick up of product for return but since no concrete response as they are sending me a email of same character which i m not getting i have asked them number times what i have actually do since they are not answering my questions propoerly... And they have only 7 days return policy now 3 days are gone...

Its a suggestion please dont buy any product from this site ita complelty fake site.. M not getting my prduct till now i orderd that 15 dys before and paymnt done thrugh online but now they dont reply any mail, mobile no is fake not a single no is contactable.. The office address is also fake.. They r jusy doing bcoz of money.. M doing their complained if anyone is inetrested than plz reverr.....

I had bought 2 items on 13th sept, and received same on 18th and had requested for return on 19th, but till date ther is no response from their concern department. I have wrote them around 10-15 mails almost around 50-60 calls but none of them is not at all responded, either switched off or super busy. The customer service is super pathetic and worst. The product is different which i order from zipker... So please exchange this product. I order a white rainbow colour tassel scraf... But i found that it is a pom pom dupatta... I am too much worried about zipker services. I am continuesly contact the given phone no or mail id but doesn't response. I was order a pink and black suit on last 11 august bt i recived very different product an then i want to return it there are no response for zipker site. If it's continues going on i will go for consumer court to case a file for zipker. Please find out my solution and work on it.
