I purchasing dress in zipker shopping so dress is so large and not comfortable application wiki return ke liye but ka reply nahi aaya so please request hai ki mujhe address written karna hai so help me dress bahut bada hai isko ok main kya karoon so please aap ki dress return le lijiye yeah dress waisa nahi hai jaise dikhai gayi thi net pe es ka ka fabric bhi accha nahi hai...

Hi.. I placed a return request on 25 Jan 2019 but they have not reverted back till now. I had checked the return policies n everything mentioned was standerd but now m worried about my money as they seem to be frauds. They don't response on website given mobile number.
Kindly help me regarding it n take strict action against them....

I have ordered a product bt being dissatisfied with the product i wanted to return the product but no confirmation regarding return has been received by me.. Its been 5-6 days but i haven't got any return confirmation yet.. So i called the customer care executive.. Neither the customer care number executive is answering my calls.. I have purchased one product from zipker.com online. The product was not as expected so requested for return. They asked for image of invoice copy, i provided all the details and images. But they are not doing anything about it, have not taken product return back and no compensation.
They are sending me mails saying that your complaint ticket has been resolved. I replied many times that no it has not been resolved.

I asked for return of my product on 12 january because the product was defective and different as shown in image. About from one month i am trying to return it. I had checked return policies before placing my order. Everything seemed to be trustable that is why i placed the order. They send bad product and does not giving any reply to customer about return product
This is fraud website and they stole customer's money

They delivered the product on 19 jan and i make return on 20 jan after that it is 31 jan and i dont find any revert from them

Hi, i m from varanasi i ordered saree worth Rs2300 and the quality of product is very different and poor . I'm continuously calling zipker customer care and they are not responding my call i want my refund back otherwise i will sue the company in the court so kindly solve my problem .The product came on 13 January and today is 13 days over but i did not get any response by the company...

Hi i am shilpa i had ordered the saree from zipker app. The product which is received was worth of 1749 and which is of not that worth moreover the i had asked for return request and the customer care sangeetha is not responding. Customer care number is always busy and not able to connect to the customer care for immediate response. Plaese help me to return my money.

I have done a online transaction from this website on date 20/10/18 of 1098rs regarding a yellow kurta but nither i had recieved the kurta nor my moneybis refunded. Even after several complaints there is no response from them.
I have notified to thier portal but no one has responded even i m now not being responded for my amount back it is a clear fraud of money with me....

I have ordered a product through zipker online shopping on the date of 27/12/2018 amount 1499/- COD and received it on 01/01/2019. But the product which I have received is totally different from which they have shown on website, then I have requested for refund on 01/01/2019. But they have not taken any action regarding my request till 09/01/2019. They have present themselves that easy return and within 7 days they will resolve our problem...

Take your saree. The product is not at all like the image and the quality is very poor.
I already raised a complaint to zipker on 31st dec, 2018, but they are not responding. The mobile no provided on their app is also switched off and they are blocking me from everywhere. Today they closed my complaint without refunding. Take your product and refund my money.

Hi, i purchased 2 sarees from zipker (Order no[protected] on 31st december 2018 and the quality is really bad. I have been trying to return them but no one from customer service is responding. The attached image is the last response i got from their customer service. I even emailed [protected]@zipker.com as it was given in their website to email them if customer service is not responding. I even messaged them on instagram while they were active...

I had ordered a dress from ziper which was not at all satisfying yo what was shown and was expected. I raised a request to take back the product and give back my refund this product. No one picks up the call or it's always unavailable. No procedure found from zipker till now the request was sent on 28th november. And still no respond. It's just a scam created to earn money... Pathetic service ever....
