I purchasing dress in zipker shopping so dress is so large and not comfortable application wiki return ke liye but ka reply nahi aaya so please request hai ki mujhe address written karna hai so help me dress bahut bada hai isko ok main kya karoon so please aap ki dress return le lijiye yeah dress waisa nahi hai jaise dikhai gayi thi net pe es ka ka fabric bhi accha nahi hai

I have ordered a product bt being dissatisfied with the product i wanted to return the product but no confirmation regarding return has been received by me.. Its been 5-6 days but i haven't got any return confirmation yet.. So i called the customer care executive.. Neither the customer care number executive is answering my calls.. Nor any of the other nmber given is available for customer service.. It's very dissatisfying..

I have purchased one product from zipker.com online. The product was not as expected so requested for return. They asked for image of invoice copy, i provided all the details and images. But they are not doing anything about it, have not taken product return back and no compensation.
They are sending me mails saying that your complaint ticket has been resolved. I replied many times that no it has not been resolved.
I tried to reach on the customer care complaint number[protected] but this number is never reachable.
Attaching the screenshots of all conversation with zipker.

Kindly help me.

They are asking my credit card details - Card number, validity and CVV.

I asked for return of my product on 12 january because the product was defective and different as shown in image. About from one month i am trying to return it. I had checked return policies before placing my order. Everything seemed to be trustable that is why i placed the order. I was not knowing that once i will make payment they will not listen to any query as all contact point that they have put on application is wrong. I have tried everything that was available as customer care support but they are not contactable.
They have taken my money for a # product.
Please take any action or they are going to fraud many more. This application should be closed as it is completely a fraud.

They send bad product and does not giving any reply to customer about return product
This is fraud website and they stole customer's money
Kindly take some action as soon as possible!!.

They delivered the product on 19 jan and i make return on 20 jan after that it is 31 jan and i dont find any revert from them

I also found that many of the same customer put complaint against the website of not giving there money back and stoling all the money.

I even messaged them on instagram while they were active on the page and tried calling them on instagram but they are not responding. All their phone numbers given on their website and other websites are always switched off or not reachable. I need to return the products and get my refund. They can't promise a return and refund policy and not respond when i email them about returning.

Recently i have purchased two dress but quality is so worst its not event 200-300/- deserving i have purchased for 2500/- each so total cost is 5000/- please help me to get refund. They are simply cheating customers, have not given option to refund from site. Customer care number is not connecting and i have share the mail no one is responding please help me to get refund they are fake simply they are cheating customer they have written easy return policy so that they can fool customers easily.

Worst worst worst.. Fake, frowd, scammer site.they even dont respond on mails n calls.they never ever come to pic products. Very bad service. Plz never purchase any thing from this site. Its money making site. Its like juz hell.

I'm continuously calling zipker customer care and they are not responding my call i want my refund back otherwise i will sue the company in the court so kindly solve my problem .The product came on 13 January and today is 13 days over but i did not get any response by the company

Is there any contact number or person should I had to contact?I am trying to contact them and raised 2 tickets but they are not ready to reply me. How can I get my payment back? I have done a online transaction from this website on date 20/10/18 of 1098rs regarding a yellow kurta but nither i had recieved the kurta nor my moneybis refunded. Even after several complaints there is no response from them.

Take your saree. The product is not at all like the image and the quality is very poor.
I already raised a complaint to zipker on 31st dec, 2018, but they are not responding. The mobile no provided on their app is also switched off and they are blocking me from everywhere. Today they closed my complaint without refunding. Take your product and refund my money.

I had ordered a dress from ziper which was not at all satisfying yo what was shown and was expected. I raised a request to take back the product and give back my refund this product. No one picks up the call or it's always unavailable. No procedure found from zipker till now the request was sent on 28th november. And still no respond. It's just a scam created to earn money... Pathetic service ever.
