I placed an order on 25th August 2016 for zivame-sundown-collection-cut-and-sew-style-babydoll-with-g-string-black (order no. #[protected] and a totally different product was delivered to me on 27th August. My ordeal begins on 28th August when I first made the phone call to the customer care of Zivame. The executive apologised for the delivery of incorrect product and asked me to send a mail for the same along with the image of that different product. On the same day a Supervisor from Zivame calls and promises to place an order on my behalf from the back end to save my time and also before the incorrect product was taken back in return from me. The product was returned two days later but they never fulfilled their promise, no one had really placed an order on my behalf from the back end. After few days I call them again to check the status and they say that the product I originally ordered is out of stock in medium size. So the Supervisor not only did not fulfill her promise but she also failed to inform me that the same product is now not available. Every time I called them and asked them to listen to the call recording and tell me as to why I was fooled by the supervisor they had no answer. They have misinformed me, misled me to believe that they were dealing with my complaint when they were actually doing nothing about it. They credited the coins of the same amount into my account but the product is now not available. I had to go through two weeks of torture with these people not calling me back and not dealing with my complaint with any interest.
Very disappointed.

    I have bought a product which has a size issue.
    Following the steps to return/replace the order I am trying to return the product but the number provided is not responding.
    From past two days its saying pls call tomorow.
    Also there is no convinient othr options to put a request of replacement/return.
    Even the company has nothing to do with the customers whether they are liking the product or not.

      On 18th july i ordered, order#[protected] some items from zivame.com. Under buy one one get one scheme i ordered a product. Today 21st july when the product was delivered i was shocked to see only one piece of it was there, where as i was charged for both. When i called the customer care they told me since i didn't tick 2 quantities of that product they have delivered only one. I have paid for 2 but received only one. When i asked please deliver it now, they refused saying we can deliver anything for zero cost. I have been cheated by this company and thus want to register this complain against them for miss using offers and cheating customers.

        I am extremely disappointed to bring to your notice that the product purchased from the zivame website (order no.[protected] recieved and used once is torn with two big holes. I am very ashamed as it was a gifted item to someone. Being such a big brand company, the company should look into the detailed packing of the material and goods before dispatched especially such delicate stuffs. I need to return this item as the earliest and get a new one. Also I have photographs that I can share as evidence.

          I had placed order on zivame for two products (Order #[protected] with delivery time of 5 days through net banking (Pre paid), now after waiting for 1 week, they have delivered only 1 product & when i called the customer care to enquire about 2nd product they said it is out of stock..I don't know why they took the order & deducted amount when product was not in stock.Now they are saying they will credit only points & not refund cash.
          I placed an with Order#[protected] and paid 1594 and in return Zivame sent me a used and old product and then there rude customer support people - Tina and Bhargavi denied to refund my money and said they cant help me in anything.

            My order no is :[protected].I have returned the product through OVERNITE EPRESS courier, Tracking no- [protected]. Its going to be 5month now still no refund has been credit ed to my ZCOIN account. there is no proper respons from zivame. Please look into this matter and refund as soon as possible.
            I have placed the order on 12th July and due to improper fit I returned few products to order again . Till now I did not get my money returned to my bank account only zcoins were shown.
            Order#79819687 I need my money back.

              I ordered few products online on the site zivame.com .they took a cash on delivery order, regarding which i received an automated call which i confirmed and then received sms that my order was confirmed .next day i received a call from company's executive asking for confirmation and i confirmed again. i was waiting for my order with cash ready for payment, when i received a mail saying that your order has been cancelled due to non availability of products . i talked to the executive on company's website chat and the told me that they tried calling me on 8 th august 2015, but could not contact me, for which i told them that i received a call on 8th august 2015 and confirmed them about my order. then they told me that they dont have full order, but 8 items are there with them(on mail they sent previously they mentioned that they are cancelling my order as they dont have most of the products).anyways i asked t hem to ship my other products which are in stock, thay said ok and quoted a much higher price than they sent me an invoice of. on asking them about it they said, there was a technical error and now they cannot give the products at offer price, but only on MRP. i told them that why should i pay them for technical error on their part and i wasted my time for placing this order, buut now they are saying it was a technical error and now causing my harassment ...but they hardly bothered and were ok with me going ahead with making their complaint, but they cant give me the products at the price they committed to when i placed the order feeling harassed and cheated

                Hi, I have done online shopping on zivame and the delivery time was mentioned 5-6 days.after shopping i got the dispatch details and it was dispatched with indian post service, where u cant call customer care for follow ups.I wrote many mails to customer care of zivame and every time they gave some excuse.After around 20 days i got mail from customer care saying that your order was successfully delivered.They dont have any details.I have written back and only waiting for there positive response.my order no was #[protected].

                  Marie Meili Halter Neck Beach Dress product was not availble and the website wasn't updated during order. ORDER#[protected], during posting the order, they didnt send the above dress and said, the money would be added as coupons, which didnt happen, till now, i havent recéived the amount of RS 750 which i had already paid via credit card. These people are cheating and are not responding.

                    Please think twice before ordering from Zivame.

                    I ordered(#[protected] a small gift for a friend and the order was not dispatched for more than 4 days and the order still showed "Processing". I had to send 2 mails(which were never replied) and 3 calls to the customer care(a callback was never received from a senior executive).

                    Finally after 8 days the order was delivered to my friend WITHOUT the gift wrap and the package was a bit crushed from sides.

                    When I called the customer care regarding my grievances, the executive told me: "Sir please forgive us this time and we will serve you better next time.". I had to push her for the refund which I am yet to receive.

                    In short, please do yourself a favour and stay away from Zivame.

                      Hi Team,

                      Want to share a pathetic experience that I had with Zivame.com. I had purchased a few products and when I wasnt happy with the products the same day I had called their customer service center and asked for an exchange- They mentioned that they were not able to exchange the but they can process the return they would give me a coupon. After many calls and emails, finally I received the coupon. Now when i process the purchase they say the coupon is not valid on offers. The coupon given to me is the refund and not any silly discount coupons that we get online. I called them but the customer service team instead of assisting just keep apologizing.
                      My purpose to escalate this to your forum is know if I can get any assistance from you people.
