Sir,

My delivery with order no. 79423036 has been delivered to the wrong address. I tried to contact zivame customer care but got no response. The package was supposed to be deliver at the address of bihar (Chapra)
Pin-841301. Please look into the matter. I also received a message regarding delivery completion but haven't received any package.

    Hii,

    My order no. 79423036 had been delivered to some other unknown place by dtdc on 5th june. I am continuously trying to connect to customer care no. But not getting any response. Kindly look into and do the needful. We were not contacted by dtdc for delivery of the order. The delivery partner was supposed to deliver the order at chapra, bihar (841301) but the order delivered at some unknown place at patna (Pin code 800001). The order worth inr 1800 should be refundable because we have not received the order.

    We have tracked on the dtdc website where it is showing the status delivered (Tracking no. D[protected]. Pl refer the photos attached.

        I bought 2 products from zivame.com
        And i want to return those products and want refund. But the site shows that product has not yet been delivered so j am not able to initiate q return request through the app, i tried to call them and emailed them even tweeted on twitter multiple times, but no response from their side
        The products are not at all good
        They have been very insensitive towards me as a customer, i am highly disappointed
        Please help me with the same

            I ordered an item from zivame and somehow couldn't find it good enough and returned it in february starting and now it is may ending almost and even after trying contacting them via calls and mails i have no response to it... And here i'm like i lost my ₹1440 on this online shopping

              Dear sir / madam,

              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: clothing, shoes & accessories

              The issue that i have experienced was: to whom it may concern,

              I am writing to express the poor service from zivame. There poor customer service is really disgusting.

              I had originally purchased online birthday gift card worth rs. 3000/- inr from the website of zivame on 14th may, 2020. My payment was successfully done and deducted from my bank account. Few hours later i got a message of order payment failed.

              I have sent several emails to you customer service email address ([protected]@zivame.com) and shared all screenshots but i only receive response that our team will get back to you within 48-72 hours and till now there is no specific response where i can be satisfied with their customer service.

              I would say i will never be purchasing another one of the products from your their website neither i will recommend someone to buy any gift cards for your brand.

              So they only response to me that we are investigating on the situation and it will 72 hours and its been 7 days they have still not resolved my issue yet. Later i got a call on 18 may, 2020 from one of their representatives ms. Nikita who informed me that due to technical issue from their end this incident happens but she forced me that we cannot refund money as per the company policy and so we can only provide you zcoins to your zivame account which also takes 48 hours to process.

              I would really appreciate if you take any action regarding the company as they are fooling their customers and giving vague reasons.

                  This is my third email to this team, i got pissed off by the badly behaved delivery executives. Two of my packages were returned. I got z coins. Now i placed a order showing faith in zivame for the last time and ordered more than my z coins and paid 756₹ extra!!!

                  The payment failed... Order was not placed... And now i can see 0 z coins...!!!

                  Please help me take an action against them for mental harrassment and cheating!!!

                    Amount is debited but the order is not placed and the transaction is cancelled. I've paid 290 via phone pe and the amount is successfully transacted to the merchant's account. But the transaction timed out. And there was no order placed. I paid 290 as extra amount. I even contacted the customer care but they said there is no such transactions done. But I've the payment Id and utr. So please kindly check into it and refund the money back to the account.

                      I purchased item on Feb 19, 2020 but due to fitting problem, I have opted for refund of my money. They have no option to reverse the amount on the same payment mode so I called give helpline and they gave a link to give bank details which I gave and they said will get refund in 3 to 4 days. Now, it has been approximately 12 days, no refund has been initiated and every time I call helpline, they say there is Technical issue so refund cannot be initiated.
                      Placed order from Zivame site and paid using amazon pay. Amount of 1290Rs got deducted then they displayed message that payment failed and then order got auto cancelled. Now Zivame representative says they didn't have any record payment received and Amazon says they processed the amount payment.

                      Now I am confused where is my money?

                        I'd placed my order on 9th september 2019 but its 17th feb 2020 i haven't received it yet. From 20th september 2019 it is showing out for delivery but i haven't got it yet neither a call from your end. Few days back i also raised the concern but no response. Its is a prepaid order. I tried to call customer care may times but everytime it said busy with another customer. This is my first and last experience with zivame.

                          I ordered one parcel which was supposed to be delivered within 4 days but the site always kept changing the date of delivery day by day. Then finally on 13 th of feb i was supposed to get the parcel but then in evening got msg from them that they can't deliver it today. These people dont even ishare any contact number before delivery or nor they share any details . And once u get the delivery boy's number he says aaj ladka nii hai n all. Customer care doesn't help either. They just say we have raised the complaint. But when u urgently needed parcel u don't get it. Pathetic people
                          .how do I send coins to my bank account?
                          there is no option for this facility.

                            My zivame account is with [protected]@gmail.com. I canceled a order on zivame. There was no option of refund through original mode of payment. So I proceeded but then the option didn’t came. I i have got refund in zivame wallet.
                            The page doesn’t show option of othere refund method. It is kind of fraud.
                            There shoul be a confirmation before refund. But it was not over there.
                            It was like cancel the order and automatically it got into the wallet.
                            There was no confirmation before cancellation also.
                            I was delivered my product on 12 February but since i had fit issues i placed a return request with the sire from my daughter's phone from where i ordered . Despite repeated emails and.calls to zivame, and despite repeated reassurance they are not getting my products picked up and hence no refund is being processed

                              I bought a babydoll lingerie from zivame store located in southcity mall, they did not mention me about the lingerie offer they told me i will get a gym track pant and tshirt with it instead of saying that the lingerie was on offer. The lingerie was included all taxes but the store took extra tax charges from me and when they made the whole bill and i paid with my card they told me i paid extra for that track pant only which they didn't mentioned me first. They are jus being fraud. They cheat very carefully no will even notice that.
                              I already filed a complaint about there pathetic delivery and the way they keep delaying it. Now again when im tracking my delivery these people are showing me that i requested the delayed delivery which is totally wrong. Its a big regret ordering parcel from them .

                                I had rs.1004 worth zcoins in my zivame account which i had received as a refund when i had returned one of my earlier purchases. Today, i tried to make a purchase in zivame, but unfortunately the transaction got cancelled as i entered incorrect password by mistake. Now i see that the zcoins balance has become zero. I have lost rs. 1004 by purchasing on zivame. Tried to contact them but there is no response. Either i need a refund of rs. 1004 or the zcoins back. Worst online shopping experience ever.
                                I ordered a product on Zivame which I had to cancel almost immediately because of some wrong detail. They cancel and refund my money in form of zCoins for which I received an email. When I was reordering the same product, my account shows 0zCoins and when I call the customer care, nobody ever picks up. Their 1 star reviews on Play store are all about similar issues and I think I should have taken that as a warning sign to not shop from Zivame. Now I am out of 947rs and/or zCoins.
                                I lost my zcoins again.. please help me ! Or else I will stop buying product from zivame !!!

                                  I made online payment on zivame, i had zcoins worth rs 313... When i was maikng payment it did not completed and transaction got cancelled then i again attempted but then it was showing 0 zcoins... This is so disappointing... I lost my money, tried to mail them n contact them... But no help provided. I want my money back.
                                  Either they should refund the zcoins or bank refund.

                                    I had order the stuffs on 17 dec jana received it on 19 th dec it didn't fit me well so i requested to return the parcel n it's still not reached the warehouse as per the authority... They picked up the product on 20 th dec... It's now 20th jan... It i receive the product in 2 days... How can it take 1 month to reach the warehouse of the product... Already called them for 10 times and malied them regarding this... Everyone is saying we need 10 days... We need 72 hrs... We have requested to check the complaint... I dnt knw how much time will it take till yet
                                    I ordered few products and returned them. I got them as zivame coins instead of money crediting back to my credit card.This is a fraud doing to customers.

                                    Please take action and don’t let this happen to customers

                                      I had 837 zcoins in my zivame account.

                                      I wanted to use them in my next order trying at[protected].
                                      I selected items and filled all shipping address details. And then went on payment stage. On reaching payment step, my zcoins were deducted automatically.

                                      Order was still not completed. Then i had added one more item and again went to payment stage but now it was showing 0 zcoins. So all my money (Zcoins) lost without ordering anything.

                                      I need my zcoins back into my account as this is cheat.
                                      Today Last day of zcoin redeem and i am not able to redeem it.

                                        I have ordered 2bras on 14th of nov. It showed delivery of 21st of november but when checked daily the order was never dispatched and every day the delivery date kept on extensions. I have cancelled the order but the refund wasn't credited in the bank account rather was given as zcoins. Using them again i placed an order yesterday. They said shipping will be done in 24-48 hours. But i still don't see any information on that. On continuos calls to customer care, there is no response from them. Always the customer care is busy through out the day and don't lift the calls. This is very ridiculous and need to be addressed right now.
