I'm ordered a product on 15th july 2021, the expected delivery of same is of 21st july 2021.Now the product was not delivered but showing product already delivered on the same day. I'm a regular customer of zivame but never expect this type of cheating.

I'm ordered a product on 10 December 2022, the expected delivery of same is of 14 December 2022.Now the product was not delivered but showing product already delivered on the same day. I haven't expected this behaviour from Zivame.

I ordered 2 products on 1 march 2023, out of the 2 only 1 was delivered and the second product was not delivered but status showing that both product already delivered on the same day. I'm a regular customer of zivame but never expected this type of negligence and disregard

    Waiting since 18th apr .
    1st no obe came to pivk product.
    After 2 month receive option for self ship.

    Total 4 product has been re ship to warehouse on 19th june.
    Product has been delivered on place on 25th june .in 2 seprate boxes.

    Total amount of refund is 3218 + 3218 for parafit padded bra quantity total 4 .
    Plus shiping charges 59+59 .

    Still i have not get refund of product .please issue my refund asap.

    I have sended mail so many time now how mane days i have to wait for this .
    Waiting since 25th jun when prpduct delivered to ur place.

    Waiting so long for genuin case is rodiculas.

    Now i sm quiting from xivsme worst site ever

          I cancelled my order and I got my refund in the form of zcoins in zivame after some time I placed another with half of my zcoins and now it's showing 0 zcoins where is my money I want my money right now

            So I request to return the product.. Now the problem is Return didn't received...

            I want my Rs 2108 money back in my account.
            I don't want any Z points in Zivame account.

                    My Zivame account was hacked on 20th June, the hacker used my existing Zivame coins of 1497 to make a purchase. They cancelled the order too. But the Zivame coins have not been refunded.
                    Contacted Zivame multiple times, no resolution given even though they promised that they would call back everytime. My amount has not been refunded either.
                    Zivame customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      I placed order at 13 june but still my order has not reached to me and they are saying they have delivered and when i talked to there customers care no. They are telling me 3 days 5 day we will solve ur prblm not actions are taken yet i want my money back now i dont want to buy anything

                        I odered a product from zivame but the fit was not good so i returned it, and they refunded the money as zcoins but i want my refund as money in my account. Please take action against them, this is very inconvenient for the customer

                              I bought a product from this site.. But it didn't fit my size so I retured it but I didn't got my paid about back.. Even not in the form of z coin at least send it in the form of z coins and it is also not showing in by buyed products . I want my money back... I totally don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this site.. Really disappointing I am not gonna buy anything from this site

                                  Its contain total 9 item while i have received only 4 of them of Parfait Padded Wired Full Coverage Bra - Assorted only .

                                  Again & again telling me to wait for call

                                  Total fraud of rs 5500 aprox.

                                  From 18th apr onward they are folling me, harresing me for wait for 3 days to receive call releting to retern still no call.

                                  I have givent 10 times my alterbate no. To call still called me in my old no. Which is off now.
                                  Sending me massage to provide alternate no. Again & again.

                                  Still making me full since 18/04/2021

                                  Please help me out with pickup of 4 delivered item.
