I odered a product from zivame but the fit was not good so i returned it, and they refunded the money as zcoins but i want my refund as money in my account. Please take action against them, this is very inconvenient for the customer...

Order Id[protected] was placed 2 months back still I have not RCVD my package...I get a call that delivery failed but nobody ever contacted for delivery...I got one call once stating that it has reached to wrong substation we have resend it...but whr it is????

I order 2 bra nd it was very bad quality nd too big so i have to return them now my refunded cash has been transferred into zibame coinz but i want it to my bank account righr now ......

I bought a product from this site.. But it didn't fit my size so I retured it but I didn't got my paid about back.. Even not in the form of z coin at least send it in the form of z coins and it is also not showing in by buyed products . I want my money back... I totally don't recommend anyone to buy anything from this site.. Really disappointing I am not gonna buy anything from this site...

I want cash in my back not zcoins...

Its contain total 9 item while i have received only 4 of them of Parfait Padded Wired Full Coverage Bra - Assorted only .

I want to retrn them back but customer service is not helping me out .

I am not geting correct info when i my product will picked up.
Again & again telling me to wait for...

I wanted to add two products in the cart but i could only add one and paid the amount by mistake and cancelled the order but I got the refund in Z coins now I want them back in my bank account it's an amount of 763 rupees....

I had Around 450 z coins in my zivame wallet.I made last order on 1st dec 2019 but I did cancle it and amount had refunded as zcoins.I called to customer executive they told me zcoin is valid for lifetime still I send them mail to refund my amount to original payment method but I did not get refund .
Yesterday I thought to buy something from zivame I logged in and found my whole account get new there is no zcoins which was my own refunded...

Order number[protected] got cancelled...so money has to be refunded. But 2 yrs till now it's not done....

I tried to order products with the help of z coins and kept phone pe as Payment for extra payment but somehow ut couldn't process..when I tried to order again my 903 zcoins disappeared out of nowhere. Please solve this issue....

I ordered worth Rs. 944 . But I didn't like the fit and returned it just after purchasing. Zivame refunded the money in form of z coins, which I don't need. I need refund in the form of money which I paid to them.
