I returned my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 1463... And refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number..
Please update the option in zivame app that's helps a lots of people... Not everyone are rich to buy and keep them in your store...
I hope you will give me the solution for this.

        I am priyanka rakshe. I have been a regular ziwame customer. I purchased a pushup bra, from ziwame outlet in westend mall aundh.
        The purchase is of 7th september 2018.
        Its not even a month that i purchased and the bra is starting to have holes in the back strap area.
        Earlier the same happend with a set of panties but i ignored it.
        Please arrange to replace it or issue me a refund.

          I return my product on zivame two orders i return but they r not give me my refund...

          In the two orders which products i received that is i return but manager behaved roudly with me n said that we r not give any refund... Total amount for two orders is 1600 around how i can effort it very loss to me even i m right i want my refund... I m worried about it plz contact manager of zivame n tell them don't behaviour with customers like this

            I have ordered 2 items from zivame on aug 20 with expected delivery on aug 27, as there was no updates even on date of delivery i have called customerservice and was informed to reorder the items as the previous order was cancelled due to flood in my state. They have credited amount as points and i have reordered the items on same day as the executive assured the flood related delivery issues no longer exists. The reordered item should arrive on september 3 rd and as there was no updates from zivame i again called customer support and the same story repeated. They told me the order will be cancelled due to flood issues. There was no intimation from zivame regarding order cancellation. There was no issues with other shopping sites.

              On 25th july 2018 i placed an order no. #[protected], in 2-3 days i received my order. Then the next day i opened the package to see that out of ordered 5990 rs 2 in no. Zivame thermo slim body sculpting cicher (On offer buy 1 get 2) so for2995; i received only one cincer which previously i have got for 2000rs but i returned that for this better offer, which because of this scenario is now costlier and after 2-3 written and on call coplaints, no refund has been given which is to be1500 rs

              instead of cashback which is ideal, zivame policy is to refund zcoins.But atleast they have refund the zpoints so i shop next time their, i can use them.Although i dont want to further shop from Zivame but now they have compelled me to do so by giving my Zcoins

                I had placed 2 orders:[protected] and[protected] and then I had to return them for which I placed return request for[protected] and then after 2 days for[protected]

                The person came from zivame to pickup the product with AWB no:[protected] on 29th June without asking which order number he is looking for and took away the products for[protected], we have him products of this order as return request for it was raised first.

                After a day, order[protected] was updated as return completed in the zivame app, so I raised this concern to customer care.
                I was suggested that since[protected] is updated wrongly in the app, they will reset it's status and another person will come to take away products of this order, and by the time they will look for the product I have already returned.

                On 22nd July, for AWB no[protected], my contents for order[protected] was also picked and thus it's zcoins were issued.

                But, for order[protected], I have not got any updates or zcoins. I have been contacting customer care on a daily basis now and every day I have to explain the whole issue to every new person from customer service who is on call.
                They are just giving me false hopes that they are checking in their repository for those products and still no update on those products which I have already returned.

                This is really frustrating. I am struggling for my money and for products which I have already returned months back.
                Really very poor customer service is provided to us.

                Please look into the issue and grant me my money for the order[protected].
                It's been a month and the amount is not less to ignore. I want my money as soon as possible.
                Never shopping again from ZIVAME!!!

                  On april 1 2018 i purchased 2 zelocity leggings which were on sale of buy 1 get 1 free. And as of today april 6 2018 i got my stuff from zivame but it only has 1 leggings which is kind of not true to zivames offer that they gave me and i am purely outraged by their deed. And i am trying to get the other pair which was free as per the offer zivame gave me or if it does not happen i would likely to return my zelocity by zivame leggings as soon as possible.

                  This is me second complaint against zivame. I really am intrigued to know about my purchase and how zivame has gone against its offer or policy whatever. So i have purchased a zelocity leggings which was on a offer of buy 1 get 1 free and when it got delivered the package only had one leggings and i was kind of shocked to see such kind of a behaviour from such a known website. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible cause i`ll be waiting for your reply. Thankyou

                    I am writing this email with so much of disappointment and anger. I have been a zivame customer for a very long time but now i feel very sorry of myself for installing their app and placing an order. I placed order on january 14th and haven't received it yet. The only mistake i did was choosing my previous address where i don't live anymore.

                    I got first call on 17th january from their courier partner (Ecom) unprofessional people working out there. I explained the courier guy on phone that he has reached my previous address (Which is in same city and not far from my new address at all). He wrote my new address over the call and confirmed that someone from his company will deliver the product tomorrow (18th january) to my new address.

                    Days passed but no one came so i called ecom and they asked me to contact zivame. I called zivame and the lady (Very professional with good customer handling skills) understood my concern, took my new address and raised a complaint with ecom and assured that product will get delivered within 48 hours (Which never happened).

                    I got a call from the courier guy next day and that man again went to my old address and called me from there. What the heck was that? I explained the whole story to him again and he said he will come tomorrow to deliver the product (Which never happened again).

                    I called back zivame, another lady picked up the call, i again explained her my problem and she raised a complaint again (No one from zivame has bothered to follow up on my complaint with me at all) and assured that i will get the product within 48 hours (I kept my calm and hung up the phone).

                    I got a call from amit - ecom, that man again confirmed my address, like seriously, there's a limit to everything and these guys have crossed that for sure. He said he will call back in 5 mins and confirm if he can get the product delivered the same day.

                    To my surprise i received a call after 10 mins from another ecom guy who was calling from ecom kolkata (He said that) and confirmed my address. What is wrong with everyone?? He said the product will reach to me tomorrow (24th january) and here i am sitting with no idea when i am gonna receive my product??

                    I paid for it and now i have to chase zivame and ecom people like tom and jerry. They have wasted enough time of mine.

                    I am extremely dissatisfied with their services.

                      I ordered a product on zivame and it got lost for a while so i returned it. And a days later it came back and a person other than me took it... And now i am stuck with this canceled order. And what's more is that the packet has already canceled written on it and i won't actually get money back just zcoins. It's seem that they are more interested in push selling the product than doing actual business. And what is most upsetting is that the return service is very slow and there should be more options on refund methods other than their mentality that we will use that money to buy something. They should have links to other electronic money services like paytm, quicker etc... I would actually like a quick resolve on this matter

                        Hi, i have received a faulty order. Out of the three products i have only received 2. That one has no tags on it and seems used. Even the packet was crumpled. To my fury when i called up the customer care service, as miss ashra[censored]nnita couldnt give a satisfactory solution i asked her to transfer the call to her senior. When ms prakruti jain (Senior employee) took over the call, it just added to my agony. Her tone of voice was rude and non sympathising. I am amazed by the fact that how come such a rude impolite person has been kept for service of customers who are already harassed by delivery of wrong products. I have the voice recording of the whole conversation and am thinking to put the same on social media. Atleast other customers should know how "helpful" zivamme employees are to the customers. I want some strict action to be taken against ms prakruti jain so that she understands that the customers money is also hard earned. Please note when i asked her if i could be connected to some other person she said that only she is the one who is available. I called up second time to see if by any luck i could talk to some other customer service person, unfortunately ms unnita only received the call and i could hear her giggle (Most probably making fun of the agony i was going through). Zivamme had high respect as a brand till date to me, but after today i will make sure that every member in my social circle gets to know the reality.

                          Since 2 years to i'm using zivame products i went all the branches in bangalore it's good service but when i went to the sahakarnagar store... It's totally bad experience for me. I'm asking for the product to the exquiteve she is totally ignored me in front of me she watching videos... It's very bad you people charging more than 1500, 2000 for each product like that also u should give the service i never use to go there
                          I have not received my item coded[protected] which was ordered on 28 th of january and paid on that day.which i have not received but they have send me sms that item has been delivered

                            I have been buying from zivame since many years, and was completely confident you will not cheat. Thank you zivame for building up the confidence to a level where i make an order from outside india and when i complain of a missing product, your customer executive treats me like dirt.

                            This was the most frustrating customer service call i have had till date.

                            My zivame package which amounted to around rs.5000 (Approx), was missing a sports bra which was for 1400 (Approx).
                            1) i really have no reason to lie here or twist the truth
                            2) it is not a small amount but it is not that big an amount that i make an international call, and continue to lie

                            Ms. Prakruthi jain, please try to be more empathetic towards your customer's issues.

                            I thought zivame will understand the problem, and resolve it. But i have no hopes after speaking to this customer service executive.

                            The basic fact is you messed up and forgot to ship a product. Instead of accepting the fact you can't blame my friend or my husband of tampering my package.

                                I have ordered 2 quantity at 2110. After confirmation of order i received mail saying that due to short of stock they are sending me only 2. And remaining balance amount is given to me as zivame coins. When i recived my order i chek n i req for return... Now dey r saying i washed 1 product dat ws wrong!! I didnt washed any product... Mey only falt is i removed tag... But before returning pro i told them about tag!! Ziwame said they r returning 1 pro n given me 1 pro z coin... But now they r returning both pro!! Ziwame is cheater!!

                                  This was the first time i was indulging in online lingerie shopping, and i placed multiple orders on zivame.
                                  The orders were received by me on 18th April, and post trial, i immediately put a request for return of some of the items.
                                  The return request was picked up immediately in 1 to 2 days, however, on 25th April, i get an email saying all the products have not been returned by me.
                                  This was a blatant lie, since, when the courier guy came for the return request, i had returned all the products and he ticked them off his list.
                                  Now the zivame customer care guys say that they do not accept verbal communication.
                                  I have lost my money, and there is no remorse in those guys.
                                  NEVER EVER GOING TO SHOP FROM ZIVAME.

                                    I have requested a return on 10th of march and zivame said it will be picked the next day and from that day till date none of their courier people have come and some shady third grade courier company zivame hired so they can save pennies called shadow fax is the courier company which just reschedules the order pick up on their own and does not even bother coming. I have raised the issue thrice with zivame and they said the pick up will happen and they escalated it but neither have their executives neither have the courier company bothered. STOLE MY MONEY, CHEATS! Anyone reading this i advice DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP PRODUCT, ITS RUN BY A BUNCH OF CHEATS!

                                      I returned my product on 18th feb 2017..the courier boy opened the package in front of me where other persons were also standing...it is a case of mental harrasment towards me...i could not control my anger as i got tears in my eyes..as everything is supposed t b discreet about zivame products.
                                      i called the customer toll free no bt the representative aplogize.
                                      What about my feelings??they were supposed t b cautious about their policies..never going t buy again from zivame nor gonna recommed this site t anyone.
                                      the situation that happened to me might happen t anyoone in future..be aware..
