I have ordered 3 bras in Jan still not received. Delivery date extending and extending from Jan.

I have to order anyone one bit there is no option zcoins in the bill receipt how can I add my z coins

I had Around 450 z coins in my zivame wallet.I made last order on 1st dec 2019 but I did cancle it and amount had refunded as zcoins.I called to customer executive they told me zcoin is valid for lifetime still I send them mail to refund my amount to original payment method but I did not get refund .
Yesterday I thought to buy something from zivame I logged in and found my whole account get new there is no zcoins which was my own refunded money.If zivame dont want to refund customer money in their original payment method and later zcoins also get deleted.This is fraud

Order number[protected] got cancelled...so money has to be refunded. But 2 yrs till now it's not done.

Okay so I ordered two bras and j they are bigger in size and my size is not available so now I want to return it and I don't want Zcoins I want money in cash can you please help me with this.

I cancelled my order on Zivame and nor my zcoins credited to my account and neither in my bank account.I want refund of my cancelled order back in my bank account

I returned the product today since it was not fitting to me. I got refund in zcoins still I was trying to place another order and while placing zcoins got disappeared. I needed my back and also in cash directly to my bank account

Its contain total 9 item while i have received only 4 of them of Parfait Padded Wired Full Coverage Bra - Assorted only .

I want to retrn them back but customer service is not helping me out .

Regarding undelivered product that is of 5 quantity of Parfait Amber Strapless Bra - Pearl White

I am not geting correct info when i will receive refund for that.

Total fraud of rs 17800 aprox.

From 20th apr onward they are fooling me harashing by demanding different differenr picture of boxes etc .

I have givent 10 times my alterbate no. To call still called me in my old no. Which is off now.
Sending me massage to provude alternate no. Again & again.

I have sebded them pictyre of box contaning invoice pic of delivered item.still they are harasibg me by saying send pictyre of 4 corner of boxes. Etc etc .in images its clearly able to see which item has delivered to me .

Still making me full from 10 days

Please help me out with pickup of 4 delivered item.
Refund of 5 undelivered item .

I tried to order products with the help of z coins and kept phone pe as Payment for extra payment but somehow ut couldn't process..when I tried to order again my 903 zcoins disappeared out of nowhere. Please solve this issue.

I ordered worth Rs. 944 . But I didn't like the fit and returned it just after purchasing. Zivame refunded the money in form of z coins, which I don't need. I need refund in the form of money which I paid to them.

I have returend my order because of improper fitting, order ID[protected].
After somedays of returning my order mail came that i have received zcoins but today when i checked it than it is showing zero.

I self shipped the product I wanted to return about 15 days ago and it has been delivered to their warehouse on 21st March but the return status is not yet updated. I haven’t even received a confirmation email about the delivery of product and after sending them emails they are not even checking the return order status.

I have zcoins in my account and I want money back. Have submitted complaint but no response

I have my money in zivame as z coin. I want to convert it into my bank account, but there's no options available for that.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I ordered two bras worth Rs. 949 after applying some offers or so. But I didn't like the fit of both bras and returned it just after purchasing. Zivame is offering the money in form of z coins, which I don't need. I need refund in the form of money or back to the account from which I paid.

I tried ordering products, due to some reason the transaction got failed and order got cancelled. Now I'm trying to reorder Zcoins disappeared. Couldn't find it, please help so that I can order products with you else kindly refund the money to my bank account

I have placed an order, and the money also got deducted from my account number, but they are saying that payment is not processed!
And that I will have to pay in COD
But before that give me my refund back !!! And confirm that the product is arriving
