I purchased one tummy tucker today. The MRP was Rs. 1495. The sales person Vishakha told me at the time of billing that you will get complimentary strap with it and the amount would be Rs. 1405. I asked for a discount without strap offer as my sister purchased same product from Rajori Garden Zivame store at rs. 1255 but it was refused by the sales person.
When i reached home i noticed that the the price of my product is only Rs. 1255 but she overcharged me with Rs. 150 in the name of complimentary. This is totally misleading the customer and overcharging. Even the same product cost is Rs. 941 on Myntra when i checked. But wrong practice is done by the sales person.
Even my details were not asked and entered in the bill. They are suppose to ask name and contact no. to enter in the bill.

It occurred on: 6/03/2021 at GK 1 m block market store

My 471 zivame coins just disappeared out of nowhere. I want them back. Look into the matter please.

I lost my 600zcoins while i was trying to order a product and due to some error i could not order that product and then next time i tried to order again and now its showing 0zcoins .They just disappeared automatically. please kindly refund the zcoins.

I have returned one product n received z coins but while I was ordering another product my coins get disappeared... Kindly help

Because I returned the product in next day, but refund amount not credited to my account, it's transfer to zcoins account, I want my money in my bank account, not zivame account..

I've placed a return request of 3 items from my recent zivame order and handed over all three to the shadow fax pickup person that zivame has sent on 19th Jan . But I got the refund of only one item. When I contacted customer care I was assured that I will get the full refund once all the items reach their ware house. Every time I call or write to the customer care they ask me wait for 72 working hours. Now it's almost a month and they are saying my items didn't reach the warehouse hence refund can't be initiated ! I asked them to follow up with the warehouse and the courier service but the customer care executive says she can't do that . I called the pickup person and got in touch with the courier office and they say they have sent all the 3 items to zivame warehouse . Now what do I do . zivame is not providing any customer service, not doing any follow up to find the missing items and just refuses to issue my refund . I'm losing my money for no mistake of mine and it's absolutely unacceptable and outright pathetic from an online shopping portal and it's customer care.

I recently returned the product and recived Zivame coins worth Rs595. But when I'm trying to place an order again, my coins aren't available for use. They just disappeared automatically. I need my refund on urgent basis

I ordered two bras worth Rs. 994 after applying some offers or so. But I didn't like the fit of both bras and returned it just after purchasing. Zivame refunded the money in form of z coins, whixh I don't need. I need refund in the form of money which I paid to them.

My zivame account had 598 zcoins which i got after returning one order.
Today i tried to place an order and when transaction failed due to some reason, my zcoins got disappeared.
Now it is showing 0 zcoins Available..
When i have not placed an order then how come zcoins got zero..

I returned the products and received my refund in form of zcoins but they disappeared when I check to shop again. They were there At the Time of add to cart but at the checkout time the zcoins disappeared. Refund money back

I ordered for Rs. 909 from zivame. But I needed to cancel the order immediately as the address given by me was wrong. So as I cancelled my order immediately zcoins were received. But when I tried to purchase my items again with that zcoins, suddenly the zcoins got disappeared. So what should I do now?? I haven't ordered anything again. Hereby I am attaching the current status of my accounts and the mails I have received.. Pls do the needful immediately

I was trying to order some products and applied 100zivame coins but later doing the process my card pin went wrong. Then next time I tried to order again but I didn't see my 100 Zivame coins.
Where are my coins?

I have returned product valuing rs 860/- in zivame they have refunded rs 100/- only n nobody is listening I have complained to Zivame customer care in writing no response yet they are all cheaters they say easy return n refund but wen u try they don’t refund u ur money. It’s better to buy from shop then buying from these cheaters

I ordered 2 bras and i had to return it bcz of the size issue i recieved 2069 z coins instead of refund in my bank account i want refund asap

I ordered a bra but due to size problem i had returned and i asked them to exchange zcoins 269 to rupees in bank account. And they asked my phone number for transfer. But i didn't receive my refund. Again i asked them to check my refund process into my bank account they said wait for 10min and after that they said "due to technical issue they can't check my process and will give a call after some time". Now i didn't receive any call nor my refund.. please check this.

I have returned a product and got the return amount Rs 1107.00 as z coin which is valid up to 20.11.2020. I am trying to redeem it but any able to redeem 100 z coins on a purchse of 1177. My coins will expire tomorrow and I will lose my money. I dont want to lose my money and I wand it back.

I haven't received the product and due to size problem I tried to cancel the product.but even before I the product reaches me, they are like by Nov 22 we will pick up the product.What the hell is this?

I had returned a bra a few months back and I got refunded in the form of zcoins (where they said that Rs 1= 1 zcoin). However, the app is not allowing me to use my zcoins while purchasing a new product.
