I had 730 zcoins in my zivame account. My account was hacked by somebody name Prakash Maurya, Bihar. I immediately informed zivame team and they assured that the order will be cancelled and zcoins will be refunded. I waited for 6 days and no action was taken.

Now zivame account is showing that two of items are delivered.

Please refund my zcoins.

    I have ordered on 5 july 2020 & order id is[protected], but my order is not received date is extended many time, then i cancelled my order throgh coustomer helpline no . They cancelled my order but not refund my amont . My tra6 id is[protected] for amont 876. I tried to contact to zivame on its help line no . But no fruitful response ccomes out . Please provide solutions of this issue .

      My Zivame account was hacked on 8th Aug and purchases were made using the Zcoins in the account by Ms. bhavya g

      Zivame has a rule of not cancelling the order of cosmetics. So I am unable to cancel the order and also loose the Zcoins present in my account. I want the order cancelled and the money refunded to my account.

        Earlier I order 3 inner pieces for me which didn’t fit me so I canceled the order within 10 min. The 1350 got converted into z coins, through which I order same again the order did not place and z coins automatically get zero.

        Please connect to me as soon as possible. I want my money back

              I am nancy aggarwal and i purchased a bra from zivame first time as per recommendation by others but when i received it it was not fitting me and i tried to call customer care many time but when i called them always customer care caller said i am busy what is rubbish is this.
              i done a mistake and i want my money back as soon as possible
              otherwise i ll file a case on zivame.

                While returning although I chose bank transfer, Zivame refunded with zcoins which are of no use since I wish no more buying from them. Kindly transfer my money back Zivame.

                  I have self ship product to zivame warehouse
                  Total amount styck is 6500. Waiting since 18th apr 2021.
                  For 2 month no one came to pico product .then they tell to reship then i reship.

                  Total 4 product has been re ship to warehouse on 19th june.
                  Product has been delivered on ur place on 25th june .in 2 seprate boxes.
                  I have receive confermarion call for the same that product has received . I will get refund on 5th july .still i have not received that . Every time i mail i get only one responce wait for 72 hr .

                          I had 1606 zcoins in my account. From 23rd July, someone tried to access my account. I don't know how they were able to access when my password had been changed recently and I receive the OTP on my number for login. My guess is that the employees could access as they have all my details.
                          A person "Lakshmi Nagesh" placed 3 orders on 28th July evening using my zcoins. I was notified of the same on my gmail. On 29th July, I called the customer care and explained the situation to them. I was assured that the orders will be cancelled in 72 hours. And from then onwards that is the only reply the customer care could give. Never did they cancel the orders nor did they follow up. Everytime I asked for an update, I was told to wait with a false assurance. Today I got notified that the orders have been delivered. It has been 6 days since I complained. Repeated emails have been sent to the customer mail notifying them that someone is accessing my account again and again. I have been changing passwords and even mobile numbers. But this person could access my account even after that. No response was received from the customer care. They don't even bother that someone is accessing customer accounts.
                          The customer card's delay, carelessness, ignorance and the ability of the third party to access my account despite all the measures taken by me only proves that Zivame is allowing its employees to access customer accounts and use zcoins for their personal use! It definitely doesn't take so long to cancel orders.

                          I have attached the order details placed by the third party and assurances that the so called customer care has given so far.

                            I request to return for one of my order due to fitting issue on 19th june 2021. They request to courier the parcel as they were not ready to pickup. So i courier them with my money and it's delivered 8-10 days on 4rth july of my request to their warehouse.

                              I ordered an items worth 2692 rupees and they didn’t deliver me the item and closed the order…. In my account zcoins was there but after sometime it became o coins.. I didn’t get money also back … sent lot of emails regarding order delivery no responses from zivame… terribly upset regarding shopping on zivame.I didn’t receive my products nor money…

                                4 times I have exchanged the order due to the manufacturing defect, now I am not able to take any action against the product even I am unable to raise request or return. I have mailed to customer care regarding the same but no response yet, even the contact customer care is not reachable now. Please kindly reach me ASAP and respond to my mail.

                                  I ordered a T Shirt. When it didn't deliver until 1 month I complained in zivame help line number they cancelled my order and returned my money in the form of ZCOIN. But the want my money in the form of CASH in my account...

                                      I made an order from zivame, when i logged in there was somebody's address saved in my profile (fraud), i deleted it and placed an order.money was debited was from my account and later it showed Ms XYZ (whose address had been in my account cancelled the order and it was refunded as coins to their account.when i logged in again to check what happened, it showed that no order has been placed from my account.i lost around 1.6k and theres no sign that i have placed an order.if i give you my payment reference number, can you track which zivame account has purchased via that reference no ?
