I'm ordered a product on 15th july 2021, the expected delivery of same is of 21st july 2021.Now the product was not delivered but showing product already delivered on the same day. I'm a regular customer of zivame but never expect this type of cheating....

My Zivame account was hacked on 20th June, the hacker used my existing Zivame coins of 1497 to make a purchase. They cancelled the order too. But the Zivame coins have not been refunded.
Contacted Zivame multiple times, no resolution given even though they promised that they would call back everytime. My amount has not been refunded either....
