I can't login my Zomato Delivery account in my mobile phone....

I didn't work for Zomato still now and don't even open an account with Zomato but now when I try to join Zomato it's showing me you are already registered and your account is terminated. Zomato please help me I have never worked for Zomato.

I have placed order with Rs.850. But i received completely different item which is worth Rs.200. In the spot i informed this matter to Zomato delivery man. He was also confirmed that, you received completely different item but i cant help on this at this moment, you may reach to zomato support team like that he confirmed.
