    Recently gave an order in zomato (Order number: [protected]). I gave an order by 1pm and i was delivered by 2.30pm with food items cold.

    Zomato app said the order has been picked up but when i contacted the deliver executive he said he didnt yet pick the order and will the pick the order in 10 mins.

    Each time when contacted customer care, they are giving excuses saying will be delivered in 10 mins.. By doing this they dragged it more than 1 hr.

    1. Zomato app says incorrect details. It says picked up but in actual its not picked up.
    2. Even after 1hr late, the app says delivery on time.
    3. Customer care didnt understand the issue customer is facing (hungry). Instead they are interested in giving promo codes.

                      On 19 January 2022 there was a transaction from my paytm wallet which was unknowingly got deducted of amount ₹210.5. I don't know what was the order but it was not done by me. Also i didn't got any message or any order from regarding payment. I am attaching below the order no. For reference. Please convey this request as early as possible & resolve the issue. Thank you.

                                      My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1654494 I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not answering properly. I deposited 500 for the job. They simply play with us.

                                        Ordered food from resturant ' Let's Poaka' today 18.01.22(order no. [protected]) and rcvd stale rotten stinky smelly food by which I'm falling sick and vomitting.
                                        Zomato, plz deal the restaurant 'Let' Poaka' who's downgraded your revenue and provide stern feedback and issue me the refund of the rest 113/- to my original source payment which you didn't yet done and do not bother cx's health d overall experience. Such a poor worst service. You clearly do not bother about keeping loyal cxs.

                                        The guy 'Harsha' whom I chatted today really didn't bother to help and this guy was an unhelpful adamant behavorial agent. I didn't like this guy. Plz hire helpful people.

                                        Escalate my concern and initiate my rest refund of 113/- to my original payment source. Or else never recommending this app to friends and family ever and RIP to this app usage forever.
