Bad 😕 It seems that Zomato has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
BGV failed and profile verification is pending please help
I joined zomato 7days ago my id is FE1664452. 2nd day it showed that profile verification failed upload a clear picture of the driving licence and I have uploaded again it. But is still showing profile verification is pending. When I tried to go online it showed that your account is suspended due to BGV failed...
. Please help me sir /madam

Description- Had ordered chicken roll but received panner roll. Wasted time with customer executive wherein one photo was send, was asked for picture from other angle, send many other pictures. In end told that no money refund. Last time also a similar thing happened and no refund given since i threw the item after sending one phone so accepted since could not send the photo from other angles. This time i have sent everything as required still no refund. Pl also advice where i can raise the issue.

Delivery is too late and customer support or delievery executive not responding properly
Recently gave an order in zomato (Order number: [protected]). I gave an order by 1pm and i was delivered by 2.30pm with food items cold.
Zomato app said the order has been picked up but when i contacted the deliver executive he said he didnt yet pick the order and will the pick the order in 10 mins.
Each time when contacted customer care, they are giving excuses saying will be delivered in 10 mins.. By doing this they dragged it more than 1 hr.
1. Zomato app says incorrect details. It says picked up but in actual its not picked up.
2. Even after 1hr late, the app says delivery on time.
3. Customer care didnt understand the issue customer is facing (hungry). Instead they are interested in giving promo codes.

On 19 January 2022 there was a transaction from my paytm wallet which was unknowingly got deducted of amount 210.5. I don't know
