My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1654494 just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call. I deposited 500 for the job. They simply play with us.

Im working as delivery patner in zomato for 10 months... From the first i use ask question why not assigning orders to me alone now past 2 months no orders for me alone if i asked about this issue to my TL mr.satham he use to tell the asnwer as order flow is slow but all others riders will get orders in regular interval but i will be in idle for 4 to 5 hours daily... I raised my complaints to zomato and TL but no use...

Its my only income for my family...

Even in morning session i will.never get any orders till 12pm but others will get orders...

Zomato told me order asaigning is centralized if ita centralized then zomato system.has to assign order to me bcz i was in login for 5 houra without order but no use i will be in login at 6.30 to 7am but i use to get order only at 11.30am to 12pm

Itsake me irritating and im fully depressed...

I need a solution for this else guide me to file a case aganist zomato in my locality to get the solution

One of the time from the list was missing and i requested Zomato for a refund and followed up continuous and i heard that refund os not possible.

As a customer i have every right to demand my money back as items are missed.

I have received chicken franky instead of Paneer franky... This is not at all acceptable like sending non veg to ppl who never tasted the non veg... Spoke to Zomato support team and restaurant guy is very rude he is not accepting his mistake and he is drunken and spoke to us very rudely...

Are we customer are supposed to face this all things were we have paid the amount and experienced such kind of nonsense...

Yesterday i ordered a thali and extra dishes too. Extremely sorry to say they delivered totally waste over product of 3 to 4 days minimum. I feel too sorry to say they delivered pathetically worst food . My money was wasted

I ordered thali from safety view due to increase cases they delivered in polys of poor quality.
The taste of dal was very bad and smelly too.
the rottis were burnt thats ok but even it was not good.

COD hasnt been available in 2 years when it works for other people on their phones. It causes an issue as a student living in hostel.
