I recently ordered a bulk food from zomato partner KFC whereas the order id was [protected]. I wanted for around 55 mins to get the ordered delivered whereas again I recieved an incorrect order because 4dips were missing and the boxe of smokey chicken and bucket was squized with each other. I contacted to zomato support and I told my concern whereas I was appointed to a support executive named Afifa Khatoon, without knowing the number of dips...

For previous order, amount was deducted 2x twice (₹450, ₹450)

Dear Team, Good day! I am not a happy person as I placed 2 orders with Zomato and not received either order. The orders were placed on 31/12/2021 and order numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Neither of the orders were received and payment taken for both. The customer care person was not at all helpful. Her name is Yogita Kohli Singh and was not responding to messages in a timely manner. Please refund both orders as nothing has been received....
