I registered my self as a Zomato delivery partner app it's take a charge from of joining I paid it after paying a money to Zomato app my profile verification is still on peding it's show that your profile verify in 2 ya 3 hours but two days my profile is not verified and it's also showing that I can't go online. Your I'd is suspended due to bgv failed it's show that if you have any concern please raise ticket from the app but there is no option to raise ticket. Iam surfing pls help me.

I ordered a cake from zomato and found a hair inside it. This was so embarrassing because I ordered it for a my friend's birthday and when we saw hair inside it, that was so embarrassing for me. In this pandemic people trust zomato for their food delivery and these guys are delivering such bad quality food. In this high time where everyone is scared about 3 wave of COVID and I found these objects in the cake.
Moreover there is no one at chat support whom I can contact regarding this.
Zomato is such pathetic

I opened Zomato delivery partner account and pay the onboarding fee too, but now it's showing BGV failed I raised the ticket in app but no response from Zomato
There is no delivery partner customer care number..

I registered and trained and put my money on the terms given by them to be a Zomato delivery boy and after all process after receiving my tshirt and bag they said BGV has fail and I can't do the work . So after raising so much ticket they keep on saying the same thing that they will contact us in 7 working days but till now no response from them. I couldn't even start my job even after 3 weeks.

I ordered dinner through Zomato and charged Rupees1367 for biryani.
We were waiting for the delivery because we were celebrating a birthday at home. I discovered that the food that was provided was in poor condition. its smells and found small rice in biryani and shared the same information with support team. That food is not in edible condition. He simply said we can't do anything on this, he tried reaching out to Hotel but they didn't turn in the call. Its so frustrating I asked him that what should we do now he simply said we don't have the control over food. Then why this guys are charging for extra price on Actual food. I have attached the rate card whereas this guys are charging for the delivery, Taxes, packaging and additionally on the product itself. I have order the food from Shah Ghouse. If they can't do anything about the food who will have the control whom we should report this they are simply saying we can't do anything now. This hotel owners or caretakers are not responding to Zomato support guys. Really !!! What will they do if they send stones in place of rice.

What is going on Guys who will consider our request, we have together a worst birthday since started using zomato this not acceptable.

And Zomato doesn't even bother to work this restaurant why the special instructions weren't even followed and they ask me to leave a feedback about the restaurant in the Page.
