      I recieved bad quality food and keeping me on chat for 1 hr. They said food cannot be returned nor refunded. And they also said that it's not zomato's responsibility that what food you recieve.

          Respected sir
          I am Bubun Banik .I am a cycle rider of team Zomato .My Fe I'd is FE1184717 and login phone number is [protected]. With out any fault suddenly my I'd is disable due to vehicle mismatch . I can't delivered any order bike or E cycle. With out any prove intentionally my I'd is disable. Why company fraud with me. Tl @Tamal Kalyani zone not help me . He know I maintained all discipline. His behaviour is very bad. He take rating forcefully as a Tl.I can't deliver any order to Bike or E cycle. If company show me any prove?.
          I am poor family members. I am also student.I only member of earning of my family.
          Please do any thing for me .I have no any fault. Please enable my I'd .I believe team Zomato. Zomato is very good company but why fraud with me .

                                I have two issues right now firstly, my target pay option is not showing any reward or any meter of Target and order pay due to which it remains 0 everyday. Secondly I completed all required conditions for minG on 28th Nov but didn't get any incentive for that . Should I leave Zomato or it will resolve my issues?

                                  Order ID: [protected] on Zomato from Burger King at 9:44 pm on 28/11/2021 and only received 4 of 5 items. I am billed for 5 items on Zomato and even Burger King receipt shows 5 items.

                                  "Veg Crunchy Volcano" was missing.

                                  I have attached pictures of the same for proof.

                                  Also I have sent mail on [protected]@zomato.com as soon as possible and got this reply (screenshot attached) where the customer care executive refused to help at all and closed the case.

                                  Please look into this matter ASAP and refund my money paid for the item including taxes.

                                    I am zomato delievary partner i am working in six months zomato company ne mujhse bina confirm kiye mera rate card full time se part time me change kar diya badi mushkil se 1 month baad mera rate card full time kiya lekin usme bhi kuch badlaav kar diya 8 hours wali ming usse hata di mere sath ke ladko me wo abhi show hoti hai mere me show nahi ho rahi hai ya to mujhe 8 hour ming wapas kare ya meri full time flat id kar de mehnat se sabhi log work karte hai lekin sabke rate card me badlaav kyo?

                                      Yes he called me and said that to update pan card but there is no option to raise a ticket to update pan Then I opened in some random ticket to update my pan but they said that this can't be done now and said it is done at the time of registration what should I do now to get my id
