From the week of 25th October till today the total 4 weeks payment to be received as I work for them as a delivery partner despite of raising tickets in there app no resolutuion has been given and they keep on repeating one thing bank details are not correct, but I have updated three times with different bank accounts still the payouts are not recieved, Speaking with the teamleader he only says one thing you will receive by next week thats it but it is been 4 weeks now the team leader say the payments are stuck with the bank it may take more 2 weeks. How a person can wait for this much longer period more than a month when he is said that the payments will be released weekly. I have spend my savings on refueling the vehicles to deliver the orders and now left with no money. The total amount which shall be recieved is nearly 10000 Rs.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
