Our restaurant outlet was showing is offline till now from last 6days. so i contact our account manager mr.logi what is the reason for our restaurant was showing is offline he said my restaurant involved in distance fraud through merchant-rider collusion because of which the outlet has been offline . he also said your transaction was showing last month October-2021 31K after that when was most order was canceled . I was just shocked. I ask please confirm which bank was received the payment he said Indian bank I tell him I have been never submitted too. as your said bank. confirm payment receiver He said NR KABAB . then I explain to him I am calling from HR KABAB not a NR KABAB then he said wait I will check and confirm once again.he confirm again yeah your call from HR KABAB OK I argue with him as you said transaction made was some other restaurant why are you blaming my restaurant involved in fraudulent that's not true or acceptable if you have proof show me clearly don't blaming us without any proof then he disconnect my call till now my restaurant was showing in offline I called many times Mr.logi he didn't respond my called I never seen such like people he spoil my restaurant name Also our business relationship. here with attached our restaurant last month of October-21 order details which was mail received from zomato.

    I ordered for chatpata chana salad from subway on 22 November from zomato. The quantity of the salad was so less and hence I raised a compliant with zomato with executive and requested for compensation/refunds. The executives did not provide any help - the first executive closed the compliant within one minute without even waiting for my reply the executive sent me a reply at 7:59 pm and by 8 pm she closed the complaint stating that since they have not received the reply they are closing the complaint - all this happened even when I was in the process of raising a complaint
    I explained everything to Second executive - they - bluntly they said to me that food preparation is solely handled by the restaurant without any inputs from Zomato. Further the executive kept going in rounds and creating confusion for e.g. they were asking for things like "can you please share the different image of the item so that we can validate and help you in a better manner"? "Based on the concern that you have raised we are unable to VERIFY the concern"!!! All this inspite of sharing the images of the food box as soon as it was opened and also provided bill and the packing images.
    Zomato is going bad to worse day by day with absolutely unsatisfying experiences

        Dear sir, my zomato id is disabled on friday 19Nov2022, sir i took a multi order at around 9 pm from hotel hayat north sikar, and then i successfully delivered one of them, and when i am reached at 2nd order drop location, the customer called me and said address wrong then i call support team and i talk to them and told them that customer address wrong and i reported to the support team, and one multi order cancelled by the merchant, because merchant denied to give me any order, and then i reported the support team, and the support team cancelled the both of order by their self, so basically total two of orders are incompleted showing in my profile, and my id was disabled on 19Nov2021 at night
        Sir i contacted to the zomato support team, and also my TL, i but today is my 3rd day i am not able to do my job, i joined zomato as a delivery partner on 19nov2021, and on my first day sir i did a lot of hard work, i did my job for atleast 8hrs sir
        Also i beg for my mistake if i did any mistake i apologize for everything that i mistakenly did, and i want to better improve my performance and my hard work, so please let me give a chance sir, its my humble request
        Please sir help me as soon as possible so i can able to get back to the work as soon as possible, thank you soooo much sir

                Today morning my zomato id got deactivated due to bgv fail and i have no idea how to resolve this issue. Secondly i was not able to raise a ticket about my bgv fail process. So i kindly request zomato team to see my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                    Order id-[protected], when I went to restaurant they said they cancelled the order due to power cut, but you say the order Is delivered to me, what kind of joke is this. I need an explanation and refund of my amount for the order I have not received.

                                      My name is rajkumar my zomato FE id is 459523 and i was working in zomato everyday till yesterday but today my account showing me terminated due to the BGV failed..kindly help me and reopen my account and i am assuring the company that i will provide my PCC certificate to my TL also.. i have no other option for my livlihood ..kindly look this matter and help me out from this situation..thanks sir /mam
