I placed a order from Jungle Safari restaurant Salt lake Calcutta order number[protected] and the delivery person Bappi cell # [protected] did not deliver the order and has been missing for the past 3 hours. ZOMATO your service sucks and is absolutely below standards. If you were in Canada you would be sued and your employees fired.

      Zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1476338 I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call.         Food was delivered almost half hour late and that too it was cold...had to put it into microwave oven.

        Had to call them thrice to check if the order ws placed
