I placed an order for a combination pizzas of 3 from pizza hut of which only 2 were delivered, when I raised the question with the customer care, he checked and replied he couldn't do anything about it. He said the restaurant checked with the cctv and they confirmed it also the valet said he delivered 3 pizzas but when I called the valet he said restaurant gave him only two pizzas, so I think the valet is lying but how can Zomato be so irresponsible saying they can't do anything about it, least they could do is take action against the valet if not refund.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
