Zomato suspended my I'd due to bgv issue and location is inncorrect...

My I'd is suspended due to BVG failed since 9days I'm contacting team leader even though inconvenience...

ID NO :-(FE1656985) Actually I'm raised the ticket 6 days back that time not activate I'm again reopened the ticket but not activate my ID I'm still waiting for activation they are responded but not activated after that I'm waiting some days again raised the again same response but not activated. So this is my problem please activate my ID as soon as possible Thank you sir/maam...

My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1665108 I just joined the two days ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised a pack of tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city team leader. He is not picking up the call. It is a Big disgress, that every reviews here that I have read, non of the customer has received their refund . The most disgusting was the delivery guy, he verbally abused me on the phone, so train them what customer service means and how to behave with customer..
And mostly why don't you have a customer service center, even all the phone number that are listed in Google are incorrect.
