ORDER ID: [protected]
Food ordered through Zomato was not delivered but showing delivered. So called delivery boy not picked call.
Called restaurant saying given food as per code to delivery boy. So not responsible for delivery failure.
So Called Zomato customer service they confirmed food was not delivered and delivery boy not responding.
Even after several calls and request not provided replacement of food.
As a result me my family and guests suffer from mental torture, embracment, full night empty stomach.
Required compensation for this mental torture and loss of good quality time and whole family hungry night.

            Two days before I ordered five items, delivery boy was very much late and he was talking rudely and he delivered only one item, rest were missing.Then I dropped email about it at [protected]@zomato.com and also tweeted about this but they are telling they can't provide any resolution.

            One of Zomato's representative has contacted me and was telling that she has confirmed with both restaurant and delivery partner and nobody is ready to accept their fault and because of all this I have to bear the loss of 500 rupees.

            They are cheaters.

                      I am working since 2 years also...but suddenly my id is terminated I don't no why??? But it's showing due to no musk ...but I am always wearing musk...if you don't wear musk even not login into Zomato...so why without reason terminated me?????

                        Hello. I have paid my joining fees. But my account verification is still pending. It is almost going to be 1 month and my account is still pending. I have went to zomato office also. But that came out none of help. Please help me. It's really urgent. I don't have any income source and my family is really suffering for this. Please help me.

                              I ordered 3 choco lava cakes (Rs.356/-) from Dominos using the Zomato app on 22nd January 2022. I used netbanking to make my payment as COD was not available. I was charged twice for this order. I have raised it with the Zomato team who pass the blame on Dominos and say the Dominos team with resolve this. The Dominos team are blaming another branch. I don't know what is happening.

                              The value of the transaction is not much but this is totally unacceptable that the company charges you twice. Both Zomato and Dominos - companies of such high repute are behaving in a truly unprofessional manner.

                              I think Zomato should take responsibility as the transaction was done on their app.

                                    My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed .My login I'd FE 1703022 i just joined the two days ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account.Because no one of them came for a background check. I have raised many tickets. But no use for that. I tried to call my city ( kalyan ) team leader mr aapan . He is not picking up the call . I deposited 1280 for the job. I kindly request you to resolve my issue immediately or return my money
