Hi,

I had placed an Order #[protected] for groceries on zopnow for Hubli location. But, as the order confirmation not received I cancelled the order. Now, I am expecting the refund which is also not confirmed.

On line order & payment done through upi . But order not confirm vide order no 9035 date 18.10.20...

I have purchased grocery of RS. 872 but payment deducted twice I.e.Rs. 872×2=1744 but order confirmation not received.primarily look like fraud....

I made a payment of Rs. 652 for the groceries I ordered however the order is not confirmed. They do not have a valid number to contact too. I want my money back....

My upi payment done but not showing my order...

We have placed order and payment was done through paytm UPI. Money was deducted immediately and got UPI reference number..but till now payment was not confirmed as well refund was not initiated..

I have raised online complaint in Zopnow portal but till now no acknowledgement and no response..

I have sent mail also [protected]@ zopnow.in but mail failure message received..

I am not sure how to contact...

I didn't get my order confirmation after the payment...

I ordered few items worth 669 and done payment through phonepe but no confirmation message please look into the matter and act accordingly asap...

I placed order and did the payment via upi (which was the only option of payment and still is) and it was stuck for sometime and then showed payment failed and will notify within 30 minutes, but didnt got any sms or mail for confirmation or payment done.
My order amount was 1549.80 paid through upi.
This site should be shut immediately and everyone should get their money back....

Placed order on Zopnow on 10th October 2020 payment got debited from my GPay and immediately the page showed orders is confirmed .After few mins it shows payment pending and there is no way to contact them and have sent mail 2-3 till today there is no response .some site shows its closed, if they have shutdown the operations why website is live and hw can they deduct payment through razorpay....

I placed an order on 08 oct 2020 on zopnow website.
I made the payment through phonepeUPI mode, and it was successful, but I did not receive any order confirmation like it showed on the website that i will get confirmation within 30 mins.

Kindly look into this matter on priority and please provide refund...

Have made payment of 2040 R's for grocery but not received any confirmation or id from your end....

I ordered groceries worth of Rs 1073.50 and made the payment through UPI but I never received my groceries. I am attaching the details....
