      I ordered groceries worth 670 on[protected] and made payment through UPI. Soon after making payment it showed "the order payment is manually verified" nd below that it showed' i[censored]r money is deducted we will send you a confirmation and if not ur order will be cancelled'. After that i tried login again thn its showing invalid username or email id. I mailed to zopnow still no response.

        I have placed an order in zopnow website on oct 3rd 2020, but I didn't get any confirmation of order and I had paid through online gpay payment but payment pending order status. The next day Not showing any orders in my account to track my order. Please cancel my order and refund me back

                      I have placed order in zopnow.com. I have paid through upi for the order - #[protected].

                      The order status is still pending payment. I have sent email to the customer support and also raised a query in the site itself. But no response.

                      I would want the company to either confirm the order or cancel and return the money.

                                  I am really disappointed to say that I haven’t received any communication or goods or service from the Zopnow till date for the money they deducted from my account for an unprocessed order. This is highly unethical and unprofessional approach which might need to be escalated to legal level if not considered important by Zopnow management.

                                    I have ordered online today morning on zopnow grocery store and paid Rs.1584/- on 29.09.2020 but I have not received any confirmation from the vendor nor any message. Even the order placed details are not seen on their website but amount is debited from my account

                                        Did you even get your order? I've read on Google that they have been closed for operations since 2019. How can they keep a website running if they are have shut down their business.
