We had placed the order and money also debited neither the product received nor the money.
Cheated us....

I placed an order to zopnow.. Paid though phonepe but no confirmation of delivery has been made...

I ordered groceries worth 670 on[protected] and made payment through UPI. Soon after making payment it showed "the order payment is manually verified" nd below that it showed' i[censored]r money is deducted we will send you a confirmation and if not ur order will be cancelled'. After that i tried login again thn its showing invalid username or email id. I mailed to zopnow still no response....

I have placed an order in zopnow website on oct 3rd 2020, but I didn't get any confirmation of order and I had paid through online gpay payment but payment pending order status. The next day Not showing any orders in my account to track my order. Please cancel my order and refund me back

I would want the company to either confirm the order or cancel and return the money....

We placed an order on zopnow website https://zopnow.in/ which is still active on 01/10/2020 and made payment of 1539.9 through PhonePe for Deckup India to complete the payment and got payment successful but no order confirmation or communication from any end. No contact is available. Please do the needful.

I have ordered online today morning on zopnow grocery store and paid Rs.1584/- on 29.09.2020 but I have not received any confirmation from the vendor nor any message. Even the order placed details are not seen on their website but amount is debited from my account

Kindly help me to get a refund from the vendor at the earliest.
