I have placed an order on 28 Oct 2020 in zopnow.in website. Payment was made through Amazon UPI and amount was deducted but not availabe order status . No refund received yet. Order #[protected]. Attached the screenshot for your reference. I have payment deduct in 2 times 1st time in rs-626, then 2nd time in rs-626. I have not received any email regarding the sign up or order or for the ticket I have created. I have used the email santosh_kumar, [protected]@yahoo.com. The screen shot for the ticket I have raised clearly shows the email I have used. Please help to get my money back.
