I ordered on zopnow today and paid the amount through Google pay as Cash on delivery was disabled. Till now I have not received any confirmation of order in my given email I'd: [protected]@gmail. com or mobile number: [protected]. I doubt if they will deliver at my place which is in Delhi. However at the time of placing the order they showed my area pincode as deliverable. I request zopnow to refund the amount to me at the earliest. The customer care number and the email I'd of customer care provided at their website are not working.

I placed an order and amount got detected from my bank account of Rs 1295 but order not placed. There is no notification either order got placed or cancelled. I request you to look into this matter and reverse the amount at the earliest. I attached the payment screen shot for your reference

I have placed an order of 678 rs. By upi on 31 st Oct saturday
Money deducted from my account but their is no order placed notification shown, their is not even a message received from zopnow .
Kindly revert back or else refund money .

Had ordered through the zopnow website and order went through the upi payment... As soon the payment done.. No order confirmation.. Strange.. Wanting to complain or know what happened but the contact webpage just not accepting any name or email id given and puts the complain to some maniaug named email id which one don't know. Please help

No service provided, but charged 721 rs for groceries which they haven't delivered.

I ordered product order id #[protected] dated 30 October 2020. I made the payment by scanning QR code of Bharatpe but the order was canceled and payment not refunded even not getting any response of email.

I had placed an order for ₹792 at zopnow website today that is the 29th October 2020 at 13:58 pm. and despite the amount having been debited, there has been no confirmation from their end.
And further no update on the same. I have the payment details. The payment was done through amazon upi.

The company has no methods to conatct the customer care neither through calls or mails. Have tried everything with zero response. Furthermore their websites demands us to raise a ticket but even after submitting the ticket, they are very fraudulently sending the confirmation of that ticket to this mail id "[protected]@gmail.com". My registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

This company has set up their methods in a way to only create fraud and cheat the customers that apprach it for its services.

I demand that the refund for the payment that i have made be refunded at the earliest or the necessary actions be taken against this company that continues to cheat and continue in fraudulent activities. So far we only have an idea that they deal with this business. No idea what else it might be involved in

I have placed an order on 28 Oct 2020 in zopnow.in website. Payment was made through Amazon UPI and amount was deducted but not availabe order status . No refund received yet. Order #[protected]. Attached the screenshot for your reference. I have payment deduct in 2 times 1st time in rs-626, then 2nd time in rs-626. I have not received any email regarding the sign up or order or for the ticket I have created. I have used the email santosh_kumar, [protected]@yahoo.com. The screen shot for the ticket I have raised clearly shows the email I have used. Please help to get my money back.

What a ### and cheating doing by Zopnow retail.I will raise complain to IT minister if my payment yet not get into my account.Rs.500 Had to be return.

Attached the screenshot for your reference. I have raised a ticket on zopnow.in and that reference # is 965. I have not received any email regarding the sign up or order or for the ticket I have created. I have used the email [protected]@gmail.com but now it is saying it is not valid username or email when try to sign in. The screen shot for the ticket I have raised clearly shows the email I have used. Please help to get my money back.

I have ordered some items from the website (https://zopnow.in) on 24.10.2020. The amount was 699.00.I have paid the amount through phone pay (Transaction Id -P2010242031099787637528). Screenshot attached for your reference. From 24.10.2020 to 25.10.2020 it's show your payment is due. And also the shipping address is "N/A".When again I checked on 26.10.2020, I am shocked. When I insert my user id and password to login the account it said " A user could not be found with this email address".
Please look into matter.either you deliver the items which I ordered or return my amount from the orginal payment method within 10 days.

Zopnow is doing fraud with people's, I placed an order and paid through Paytm, money deducted but zopnow showing pending payment, checking for manual, if payment not received order will be cancelled within 30 minutes, but it now 10-12 hours but it still showing pending payment, contact numbers are incorrect and email also fake they didn't yet. Please tell how can I get my money back from this site.
