Hi,
Please note that I have an account in More online store. I have unused money in my Zopnow wallet. Recently, for the last many months I have noticed that Zopnow is not in operation. If you have discontinued the online service through Zopnow. Kindly refund the amount in my Zopnow wallet of RS.4866/- rupees.I have written to customer care multiple times and there was no action.

    This is with respect to Order Reference 24086373 that was placed recently. I had paid for the same via credit card.

    Upon delivery an item was forgotten and another was out of stock. I was told the refund would happen as per policy and would be credited online back to my account.

    They have credited the amount online for one item. Whereas the item which was forgotten has not been credited. After repeated reminding and follow up, they have given me zoppies. I have not asked for zoppies - i want the amount refunded back to my account. Its been prolonging for several weeks and the customer care is not even responding to emails.
    ZopNow Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Currently zopnow stopped servering in maghadevpura area(560048), Bangalore.
    I have 8022 as zoppies in zopnow wallet which was refunded on order of rs 802.2
    Since they are serving in my area and i am not able to contact their customer care( [protected]).. Please resolve the issue by refunding my amount.

      I am tried for last 10 times to get good product from zop now, they are every time delivering low grade products and the delivery person does not
      Wait to validate the missing orders. Every time they just put the products in front of the door and when requested to validate the product they behave very rudely and shout to get the money. Worst experience and should be shutdown.
      In cities like bangalore where we cannot buy vegetables from local vendors due to langauge problem the cost of vegetables and fruits posted by this sites are enormously high. Why goverment is not doing anything in common people's intrest. The big names, big basket and etc are also charging high price
      With rude staff please help common citizens goverment!

        In addition to the extra charge for the mutton during delivery (compared to cost in order acknowledgement) may I also mention the quality of mutton. It had little unpleasant smell, certainly not fresh. On top of that please have a look at the attached pic; the basic dressing of the meat was not done and at least 250 gms of the 1 kg was pure fat, leave aside the fat with the meat which is separate. This cannot be really checked at the time of delivery and can only be observed when cleaning. I have read the terms in order acknowledgement but that does not make this kind of service quality acceptable.

        Is this the quality the customer care guy I spoke to today was so proud of and was suggesting I may go shop myself and don't want to take any action.

        I would like to know if any one in the team see any problem with this order and wish to address the concerns.

          Hi
          I am trying to reach zop now customer care by email and calls but not getting any proper response and resolution.
          Have placed an order on 7th oct 2017 for delivery by 7pm.
          First this got reschedule to 9.15pm on 7th oct and i had no option but to reschedule it to next day (First slot of 1-4pm for 8th oct 2017) by calling delivery boy, since there was no response from customer support.
          Even after reschedule for 1-4pm slot, after an hour delivery timing got changed of it's own again to 9.15pm.
          Finally i was able to contact customer support and he told me refresh page and it will be updated, but no update. He asked me to hold and he will check with back end and update, no update instead he dc the call, was very rude.

          I tried calling them at least 10 times, getting an automated message, our Executive are busy will call in sometime.
          But no call yet
          I m unable cancel my order thru app and don't know when exactly it will be delivered.
          Seriously, you people cannot just waste someone's time like this.
          You expect consumer to keep chasing you for providing service on time.
          Is this time waster or time saver activity.

            I loaded my zopnow wallet with 13680 zoppies it means rs 1368 to place an order of grocery. Onc ei placed my order on 07th september 2017. No time slot was available excet 7:00pm to 10p. M on 14th september 2017. However my order did not arrived. Next day i received a message of cancellation of my order with no reason. I again tried to place an order but as soon as i try to place an order error message 'we cannot process your order' appears. And when i tried to contact customer care number +[protected] on phone every time their executives are busy. They are not refunding my money. And also on mail there are not responding satisfactorily and twisting my queries. I have spent more than rs 50 following up on phone. I request full refund of my recharged amount and amount spent.

            Now more than a week has passed, they asked for details of zoppies recharged. First of all its the fact that Zopnow must have record of every transaction as my zopnow account is maintained with them only. I made many recharge transactions but still i gave them the summary of all the transactions extracted from my zopnow account only. Several days have passed, inspite of my several reminders there is no update from zopnow.

            I had paid money to zoopnow grocery but order wasn't accepted .i was been so long my order wasnt delivered yet. Kindly refund my money back.

              I had added money in zopnow wallet & placed some order ref: 20499817 company has cancelled the order unnecessarily & not refunding my money. I am following up from very long. No one is replying including their customer care toll, mail id as well as on social media platform. It seems to be a fraud company. I have seen many users on twitter cheated by it. Company is not responding what so ever & fraudulently stealing customer's money. Kindly help.

                  I am extremely disappointed with their service. Really a rip off business.
                  1st, your phone number never works.

                  2nd, you have given me only a partial refund on two of my orders.
                  - order # 19751566: cinthol men's deo stick intense 40g x 2 = rs. 138. Product ran out and then you increase the price on another product and give me only a partial refund of rs. 108.
                  - order # 19897517: pampers pant dipers xl extra large 12+ kg 48 pc = rs.574. I received 44 pc pack. I asked for a return, and got back only rs.535. Shipping charges were applied for zopnow's mistake.

                  Employees are also very rude. Mohan, employee id# 1471 refused to give the phone to the manager (Shamsunder).

                    Hi, my name is mahi, i ordered the groceries on[protected] @ 19:58:01 by zopnow's website (Order reference:[protected] & i was told i'll be receiving my stuff on[protected], in between 1 pm - 4 pm but i didn't get my order, so i decided to call to customer care number[protected] but couldn't get through because i didn't have that mobile number from i placed the order in first place, so my brother e-mailed them (On "[protected]@zopnow.com") & shared the alternative number on that mail, now today we receive the call from followed 2 mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] & they said they are from zopnow & just because i don't have the mobile number (The number from i placed the order) they can"t deliver the grocery or i need to share my credit card's details like it's number or what name written on that card and all, but i refused to share my credit card details & instead of that i offered him to share my invoice details or the address where the groceries are suppose to be delivered & all, but he says that because of gst & all they don't have enough groceries to deliver so i said gst wasn't effected when i placed the order & why i wasn't informed about that at the time of placing the order then he says i can't do or say anything about it if you don't share you credit card details we won't return you money as well & forget about the groceries.
                    Now please help me with that

                        I had a terrible experience and till now the matter is not resolved.
                        More than 70% of the items in my order were completely wrong.

                        I had called the customer care immediately and it was promised that i will receive a callback within 30 minutes and someone will replace the items.
                        2 hours have passed but i have not received any help whatsoever.
                        The callcentre phone lines are always busy and i have trying for the last 1 hour.

                        Please provide the correct items at the earliest.

                          It was my mistake to again order stuffs from zopnow.com though i've faced so many issues in the past, ok come to the point, i'm actually talking about the order id: 18754491 which is ordered by another i'd which i had to create as i was not able to place the order by the account which is associated with this facebook account
                          In that order i selected 8 lipsticks of lakme + 1 lakme lip liner + 1 maybelline lip liner apart from other stuffs
                          But out of the above mentioned products i choose 1 color of lipstick + 1 maybelline lip liner, so now 7 lipsticks are left which i wanted to return but asbo selected 4pm to 7pm slots but that delivery person came around at 10pm and once i selected all the products except those 7 lipsticks and 1 lakme lip liner, the delivery person started creating scene in front of my main door that 8 lipsticks should be returned back if i have selected 1 lipstick to buy and he created so much confusion that i couldn't count that time carefully and actually because he was creating scenes, so after listening lots of voice my husband came out and he asked what happened, so that delivery fool guy asked my husband to pay 182.0rs. As he was saying 1 lipstick is missed somewhere due to me and finally i returned all the products
                          So my concern is plz check i only ordered for total 8 lipsticks and 2 lipliners and i returned all the products but then also that guy took 182.0rs.
                          So please check with him and return my 182.0rs

                          This is terrible experience with you guys. I wrote so many emails but no response.. I think we need to launch an FIR against them and so that the legal action can be taken. This is high time for no solution was provided.

                              In that order i selected 8 lipsticks of lakme + 1 lakme lip liner + 1 maybelline lip liner apart from other stuffs
                              But out of the above mentioned products i choose 1 color of lipstick + 1 maybelline lip liner, so now 7 lipsticks are left which i wanted to return but asbo selected 4pm to 7pm slots but that delivery person came around at 10pm and once i selected all the products except those 7 lipsticks and 1 lakme lip liner, the delivery person started creating scene in front of my main door that 8 lipsticks should be returned back if i have selected 1 lipstick to buy and he created so much confusion that i couldn't count that time carefully and actually because he was creating scenes, so after listening lots of voice my husband came out and he asked what happened, so that delivery fool guy asked my husband to pay 182.0rs. As he was saying 1 lipstick is missed somewhere due to me and finally i returned all the products
                              So my concern is plz check i only ordered for total 8 lipsticks and 2 lipliners and i returned all the products but then also that guy took 182.0rs.
                              So please check with him and return my 182.0rs

                                Hello,

                                I have placed order 19381524 with 22 items, supposed to be delivered on 5th july 2017.
                                This order was rescheduled to be delivered on 6th july from your side.

                                Now, when the order has been delivered yesterday there is one item dettol original handwash pack of 3 missing (Item no. 17).

                                In reply to this, they replied, the excess amount of rs 92.00/- will be refunded to your original mode of payment in the next 2 - 5 business days.

                                Now its 10 days and i have contacted them multiple times and there is no resolution the problem.

                                Kindly help to resolve

                                  I have placed one order on 29 June 2017 and received the order by 9:30 pm.
                                  I have checked few items and found them unsatisfactory, hence return it at the time of delivery only. When next day, I saw the rest of the items, every item i received has 3-4 items in it stale or not in a consumable started. I initiated exchange for those items. but rather we refunded amount of only 2 items in the form of zoopies which were equivalent to 23 rs. I don't want to place any other order on the same site by again spending 30 rs on shipping.

                                  I called them and got connected after 5-6 tries and then also no resolution instead they assure me of a callback which never happened.

                                  I want refund for the following items-
                                  Onion -19
                                  Ginger - 16
                                  Palak - 7
                                  Plums 48
                                  Mausami- 38

                                  and also the delivery charges of Rs 30 which I have paid unnecessarily.

                                    If you want an example of pathetic then it is Zopnow and their customer care representatives.

                                    The above order # had 2 items that I wanted to return. The first was a hair oil that I did not want and the second was a set of 4 apples which was rotten on delivery.

                                    The cost of the items were as follows -

                                    Biotique Oil – 138.33
                                    Apples – 258.00 for 2 packs

                                    Remember that the apples are charged per pack of 4 apples irrespective of their weight.

                                    Here is what I should ideally be refunded for my returns -

                                    Biotique Oil – 138.33
                                    Apples – 129.00

                                    Total – 267.33

                                    But I was refunded Rs. 213.28. On checking with and in spite of explaining it in multiple emails, this is the response I get from their customer care reps..

                                    Call their customer care numbers and you are disconnected saying they will call back because their agents are busy and there is no call back.

                                    I am looking for a solution to this in the next 24 hours. Otherwise my next step is to sent a notice and put a case with the Consumer court even if that means I need to spend multiple times of what I am supposed to get as refund.

                                    This was a case of misunderstanding because of the way the calculations and the billing works. The issue was resolved after I called their customer care number again and a rep there took the pain to explain the entire thing to me. A sincere advice that I have to customer care agents is, please don't be robotic. Understand the customer's concern and respond to it in a way that the issue is resolved. Else just call them and work on a resolution. The refund done by Zopnow was correct and the issue stands resolved. I haven't had any issues with delivery or, ordering with them. But their customer care needs improvement.

                                    The issue was resolved by the customer care team. There was a miss in calculation from my end. The issue would have been resolved much earlier if somebody had taken the pain to explain this to me..

                                      I'm a regular customer of this site for my groceries/home needs but I always felt some issues regarding my refunds for the products I have returned at the time of delivery but always ignored
                                      But to the order #17121147, I closely noticed and calculated myself then I got to know a huge difference between they refunded and the amount I should get for the products I returned at the time of delivery itself then I started following them through mails and got the difference as below mentioned ::

                                      Regarding my last order, Order #17121147 the refund amount should be Rs. 359.22 but i got message for Rs 111.93

                                      As per my calculation its below ::

                                      Now we will calculate the amount for the items i returned at the time of delivery ::

                                      The returned amount (R2) = Item Price(Rs.)
                                      Morarka Organic Kabuli Dollar 500gm 189.0
                                      Hypercity Every Day Roasted Bengal Gram 200gm 41.5
                                      Madam Lapsi Rawa 500gm (2 packs) 2*30=60

                                      (Note all above prices i mentioned is after discount only)

                                      so Now the total returned amount should be :: R1+R2 = 117.72 + (189.0+41.5+2*30) = 408.22 Rs.

                                      But I got The message the excess amount of Rs. 111.93 will be refunded

                                      now see the difference in calculations and do correct now otherwise i'll stop shopping from zopnow.com as well as spread this message also that you guys cheat your customers and even i can go to consumer forums to complaint this

                                      So anyone can see the huge difference himself and when I started following them they have gave few few rupees as a refund but still my money is with them and they didn't returned back to me full amount :( :(

                                        I had ordered vegetables on 21st April 2017. The order was placed at 3 PM and was delivered by 9.30 PM. Since it was too late in the evening we could not check the contents properly. When we checked almost all vegetables were stale and unedible. The complaint was raised but nothing happened.

                                        Now whenever I try to login on the Website, it constantly says that -

                                        'sorry could not log you on'.

                                        It does not allow you to login as you may use the 20% cash back pending in the account.

                                        The replies from Zopnow are robotic in nature and are not helpful at all.

                                        Better to avoid Zopnow.
