As of today morning I saw this ad on YouTube about this company zopnow which is providing eggs for 78/- so I clicked and went into the site
The offers to the products they had was unbelievable so I selected some more products like meat and vegetables etc I purchased around 1850/- then I checked out from cart and went to the adress gateway
After providing all information it asked for payment as cod, debit card and net banking was unavalible it had a note for using upi payments after the payment was made there was no notification of the payment made from the company or there was any option to track the order placed .
What's more worse is there is no helpline or contact mail the number and the mail id they have has no responce so I have no idea what to do
When I check the review on google people who have all ready been scammed shared there problem and then I realised I have been scammed
Would there be a option for people who see ads on YouTube and google to be checked and not scammed
I guss the company has scammed many people how do I take this step forward with the complain

The payment for the products has been made but still the confirmation is pending... Please refund the amount and cancel the order.

I have ordered groceries through zopnow on 4 November but they are not showing order details I have paid through net banking .money has been deducted to my account .

This is highly unprofessional. I have placed an order for 668 and paid through upi. I do not see the order is confirmed.

Placed an order make a complaint but no confirmation email received no order confirmation ..

I have placed an order through zopnow.in but my order is not showing up in my orders. Also the contact info is incorrect.

Today I ordered some stuff and paid through upi, but it still showing payment pending.

I have online order grocery .money is deducted and order confirmation is still pending .
I am trying to get in touch with customer care for the refund and cancellation of order but the no. Is not contactable

Regarding payment done November 1st 2020 for the purchase of groceries in online .but order not placed confirmation didn't receive and ordered products also.but money deducted to merchant zopnow account through razor pay.we are going to file
case in consumer court for cheating like this customer.

I have paid money through phone pay, but not placed the order customer service also not responding. I think this is a fraud. Please take action asap.

This is very Very bad services ...I ordered two times on same day 30/10/2020 price 631 and 683 but two payments was debited from my account through phone pay. But still orders are not received, tracking also not showing and zopnow account also gone . I have evidences in phone pay I tell seriously please respond immediately otherwise I will give complaint on this ...
