As of today morning I saw this ad on YouTube about this company zopnow which is providing eggs for 78/- so I clicked and went into the site
The offers to the products they had was unbelievable so I selected some more products like meat and vegetables etc I purchased around 1850/- then I checked out from cart and went to the adress gateway
After providing all information it asked for payment as cod, debit card and net banking...

The payment for the products has been made but still the confirmation is pending... Please refund the amount and cancel the order....

I have ordered groceries through zopnow on 4 November but they are not showing order details I have paid through net banking .money has been deducted to my account ....

Money deducted but order not placed order #[protected]. I want my money back...

I placed my order for with payment of Rs. 931 was deducted form my account but I didn't get any message or confirmation form Zopnow to track my order...

This is highly unprofessional. I have placed an order for 668 and paid through upi. I do not see the order is confirmed.

Please get this resolved asap....

But still orders are not received, tracking also not showing and zopnow account also gone .
