For the last few days, I'm getting only 50-60 kbps download
speed whereas the promised download speed is 200 kbps & above
That means that, the speed is 4 MB per MINUTE (68 kbps) download
speed whereas as per the service level agreement (SLA), the promised

When subscribed to Tata indicom photon+ connection (account number[protected] i was told that i would get 3. 1 MBPS speed. Intially i got speed upto 1. 5 MBPS. but from last 3 months speed has been drastically reduced i am hardly getting spped upto 150kbps. When contacted TAta indicom i am getting any help... This is how Tata Indicom Photon plus is selling the product to the customers. They claim to have speed of 3. 1 Mbps however in actual its giving a speed of not more than 20 to 24 KBps. On asking them they replied they have some issue and cant help until 30 Nov 2010.

Having looked at all options for wireless internet access, but having been solicited by a TATAINDICOM agent I have been subjected to the following without any working system and being INVOICED for NO SERVICE... I then called the call centre of Tata Indicom photon plus on 18 July at 12:05 am and got to speak to Mr. MANOJ SHIRIGIRE, I explained him the entire episode and asked him to call his manager Rohan Kale or Sapna, to which he informed me that they were not present and had left, I requested him to let me talk to any manager, he informed me that there are no managers in the call centre in night, I then asked for his employee ID so that I could confirm who I was talking to but again I got a answer in no...
