Hi team,

I had called 198 last week to cancel all the services that are subscribed to, also I sent an SMS at 59301 as request, I got a reply as no offer exists n services deactivated, but today 2 of the services got auto renewed without any notification and my balance of 33 was deducted.
I need my balance back and the services deactivated forever....

I have subscribed to aircel pi 9 pack some days back. As there are no options for deactivation and nothing shown like auto renewal, I did not notice that my main balance is deducting. As I noticed(nearly about 1 month after deducting nearly about Rs. 300), I called the customer care, but of no use. They are unable to help. As far s the company, they are cheating the people. Without my consent how the company can auto-renew my internet pack...

My aircel sim is showing a message "sim registration failed" so please activate my number as early as possible...not only my aircel sim some of my friends are also facing same problem .. some time it shows that only emergency calls only . so please reslove the issue as possible as can because according to TRAI any sim can be blocked only after 90 days of its used......

Sir i have recharged with Rs. 110/- my aircel No. but it did not recharged. In this regard I made complaint on 04/11/2016 giving my alternate No. [protected]. A person calling me from Ph. No. [protected] on the same date telling for refunding amount of recharged amount of Rs. 110/- and asking for ATM Card No. I refused him to provide the ATM Card No. I was agree to provide bank a/c No. for refund. I purchase a 2 new aircel sim ([protected]) and the selling boy has told to me company has giving unlimited calling and internet for 1month, sim cost 100 rs so i took that sim, after activation i got only 20rs. i called many times to the sails person he said with in 15days it will get activated, its already more then 20 days but i din get any offer. the sails boy number is [protected]....

My balance is being deducted. I didn't subscribed any services but messages came saying I have subscribed services such as social book 75, Models club etc. I request aircel to give back my 105Rs and unsubscribe services that have been subscribed automatically and never do it again. When I call to the customer services, They are not responding me properly.

Yesterday aircel customer care call to me and tell there are good offer on your mobile no., then i speak what's offer then he tell me 10 mb in 2 rupees per day for 32 days then automatic tell me thank u for subscribing and then phone hanged any customer care not available to talk with me when try meet call on 198 then reply all customer care are busy i am try 50 times all times are same reply

Dear sir/madam, my name is pranay. This is regarding my aircel sim card which i am using from last 2 years, no. [protected].
Now it is showing blocked sign with no network. I went to aircel store to complaint and then they told me that the number is registered on some other name. I can resubmit my document's once again if that required.

I had recharge my aircel number of rs 108 on 21 Oct 2016 from freecharge.in but my money was deducted from my bank but transaction was cancelled by the aircel because the recharge amount was not valid . As per freecharge my transaction was successful that's why did not receive my money if the network operator cancel the transaction from there end the money will be refunded with in 48 hours but now it's already being 15 days but I did not...

See the below trails. Its evident that either blinds work at Aircel or they are bluntly fooling customers. Basis my complaint they first asked me to share the SMS i received where it confirmed validity for 30 days. But when shared they started copy-paste their reply.

Actually my balance is around 1434 rs and data balance is around 12-13 gb in my account.

There are so many people who have complained against Aircel auto renewal internet pack but Aircel didn't give any permanent solution of this problem..if someone activated this type of services then they have to came to this site for deactivation..they couldn't deactivate this by his own..what a good idea for being rich!! I also have activated UPEDECPI9 (9 ₹ internet) pack on my aircel number [protected].. I was here to submit a complain...

Dear aircel,
I have recharged my aircel no [protected] (up east) on 31-oct-2016 and i have not received any benefits of this pack. the amount has been deducted.
I also contacted customer care and they said they will call back after 1/2 hour but they did not call me even after 3 hours. when i tried to call back it said "all executives are busy please try after sometime and then automatically cuts the call".
