Aircel network

Aircel 3g speed can beat airtel 2g speed if they can implant more towers in tamilnadu. With this aircel 3g speed i can only surf and am not able to download anything oh please aircel if you wanna become a top 1 service provider you must improve your network.tats what i request you .this is the only thing i can do.Inner part of cities there is no problems but in outer area 😣😣.recently in Chennai floods i lost your network for 2 days...

Unnecessary activating services.

My no. is [protected]. Unnecessaryly one service is activated in my aircel no. I am calling customer care but not responding. Regularly 3 repuees are getting deducted from my no. I have recharge my aircel sim no [protected] with Rs 32 two times first on 05 Dec2015 at 1:16 AM and second on 06 Dec2015 at 11:20 AM sms came to approve balance but the STD pack could not activated, . as on recharge of 32 there is STD pack of A to A 10 paise per call. This pack has not been activated despite of doing recharge two times nor i have got any balance.. Earlier also Aircel deducted my 36 rupees and activate game without my choice.....

My self tejesh recharged my prepaid aircel sim [protected] for Rs 14/- dated 2/12/15 having benefit of free whatsapp and FB unlimited for 14 days, however on 2nd & 3rd Dec '15 by main balance got deducted by around Rs 40/- for surfing whatsapp and FB. Hence kindly reverse by balance back on my account which is deducted from by main balance else i will complaint in consumer court....
