My claim for medical treatment expenses during visit to usa in june - 2017 has been accepted only in part. All attempts to resolve have failed.
Complaint id is 1398139.
Tried to first communicate with grievance redressal officer at email address 'rita. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in' as given on irdai website. But it seems this address is not valid as the emails are not being delivered. Please help. Thanks.

I'hv take sarva shakti suraksha policy. The agent told me that company will give me 8% interest on premium, but after policy get mature i got lesser than i'hv paid. The agent told me that i will get around 70000 with 5 premium total 50000 investment, when policy gets mature i got only 45000.
I went to bajaj allianz office they are not responding.
This is clear cut fraud their agents are fraud and so do the company...

I have renewed the policy for another 120 days recently. But the guy who responded to my request on chat window on their website has put his name as a nominee for my policy. I don't understand why they did that. It might be a scam too.

I tried to get hold of their customer care by sending emails but no one responded to me yet.

Is it a trustable insurance company? Somehow i started doubting them....

Incident took place in december 2016.
Since then i have sent whatever info/details asked for.
Now they are offering only 50% despite the fact that the policy holder has full insurance, they are saying it was a pre-existing condition, which it was not as well as the fact that even if it was pre-existing, the policy terms and conditions state that the insurance company is still expected to pay the full claim.
