Worst company, poor service, silly reasons, no responsibility after taking the policy.

I took policy more than 1 month back.. Till date i didn't receive the hard copies of the same. Everytime, they are saying "i will get the document within 15 days, since they are using firstflight courier.. Till date no one contacted from bajaj allianz or firstflight courier about for undelivered reasons

I have made the premium payment as per proposal number 72894972 on 7th august 2017 for product 4014 - my home insurance - all risk policy. The total premium amount is rs. 3769 (Receipt available).
Bajajallianz has not provided the policy till date (30th aug 2017) even after follow ups. They are not responding to mails regarding refund of the payment amount....

It was yearly premium 10, 000 (Ten thousand only) (Unitgain), i was asked to pay only three years premium respectively (10000x3years), remaining premium need not to pay. After completion of that policy (10 years) i would get more then 2.2 lakhs but i surprised by knowing the maturity amount rs. 38, 947. I am getting only 8, 947...

alloy wheel cracked

I bought the bajaj discover 100 t on feb 2014. Its just been 3 years and the front alloy wheel got cracked. Why do you provide bad quality wheel? Would you be responsible if a customer is riding and had a breakdown in the middle of the road n injured himself? Is there no gurantee that your company made is safe to ride for at least 6-7 years? Kindly look into the matter as it will be good for the company as well the customers....

This is been understood that we have not followed a proper process of claim approval.
Initially approval was given only for bumper & fog lamp.

I was renewed my motor insurance to bajaj alliance, i used the payment link through my email, when the payment finished the amount is charged to bajaj alliance but the result is failure policy is not generated.
So my frst payment failed and second time payment policy issued,,

Hi i called for renewing 2 polices for my dad and mom which supposed to be renewed from 9 aug 2017 to 11 nov 2017. I paid in full online. V when i get the policy it was a new policy not renewed and i got only one policy for my dad with a wrong name and wrong dates which is from 14 2017 to 11 nov 2017.
