Landline connection delay

Hi, I have applied for New bsnl landline connection on[protected]..and i paid the 500rs for applying connection CUSTOMER ID is [protected].and also bought Cable for the connection(As suggested by BSNL Lineman).Still i didnt get the connection when i enquired about this in BSNL office they are repeating the sentence "Within one week you will get it".!! (52244) to activate plan of MRP [protected]@1.2p/2Sec.The company has deducted 108.59rs from my account and send me a confirmation message that your plan of 122 has been activated. But sir it was not activated and when I complained to customer care they were saying that You have selected a wrong plan(MRP 125 plan)...

Unattended Complaint

I had registered a complaint on 9th June against BSNL for the Phone Dead because of Cable Cut which is unattended till date. Completely useless Broadband Service

I took a Broadband connection from BSNL 6 months back namely BB-950-ULD-COMBO-MONTHLY_R and have been suffering since than. The person asked me to pay Rs. 500 for the connection and when the 1st bill came, there were huge connection charges etc amounting to about Rs. 3000. BSNL GSM Network in Bangalore, Not resolved even after repeated follow ups

I have been facing network issue of BSNL in bangalore since one month after I ported to BSNL. The network shows full in phone, but when called it says "The Number you have called in not reachable".
