I have paid Rs. 463/- towards bill for my lanline no. 2432813 for the month of Oct, 2013 thru internet banking facilities of ALLAHABAD BANK, Rajmahel road, Baroda (SB acno [protected]). BSNL not discontinuing service and honoring complaints

DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM DEBIT CARD OF SBI BUT RECHARGE NOT SUCCESSFUL

On 05.11.2013 i made online recharge payment for BSNL top up of Rs.50/- through my SBI Visa Debit card. Excess local calls form LL No.2226389 to 2237780

ximining the call details it was observed that on 01.08.2013 the local calls made from LL number 2226389 are in excess.The LL 2237780 was called at 18. 29 .05 hours for duration of 12.20.31 hours with 247 called units amounting to Rs 296 40.The LL is just in the neighbour and calling for such a long duration is not at all possible.
