Transaction Failed And My Money is Deducted

On 2 Oct, while Booking Ticket from BookMyShow site, my Transaction is Failed and My money is also deducted, After some day i called to BookMyShow customer care and tell all the Problem. After that they given one refrence number [[protected] ] . So many time i called for the problem but every time they are telling they will get back to me, on 14/10/2014 i talked around 32 min but no Result....

No alternative option for the customer

This is really bad BookMyShow, If the customer want to cancel the ticket for some unexpected situation or reason they cannot cancel or they do not have alternative option, then how will they get money back... very very very bad... Not satisfied for your service Bookmyshow.. Cheating the customer......

I booked a ticket for a Saturday 9.15 PM show and started receiving sms'es saying your confirmation for Friday 9.15 show has been confirmed. these people just want to make money. If you can't cancel tickets it being your mistake . when even book them for a customer. Do not use bookmyshow....
