Trip id[protected]. I had called 7 times in the past 13 days. Cleartrip keeps telling wait for 48 hours. After 13 days I am trying to call again.

I am not going to book tickets in Cleartrip any more. Have to start negative campaign against Cleartrip on...

I had booked a refundable tickets from your site on[protected] and canceled on[protected] and i haven't received any refund amount from your site And yestarday i have received a mail from your site that i am entittled to Rs 0/- as a refund....

As per your ID 2669244 and 2739435, there is no status update by the concern company and not refunded the amount Rs. 7089.00 till date. Further the company is not responding at all, please do the needful at the earliest already eleven months passed. Or guide me for further course of action.

I attempted to book a flight from Bangalore to Mumbai 28 October 2020, (ref[protected] but the payment failed on the payment gateway. I subsequently got a text from the bank showing the amount was deducted.
I raised the issue with my bank, who informed me it would be refunded in a few days.
This obviously didn't happen. I spoke to the bank and Cleartrip on many ocassions, and each time nobody is helpful.

I purchased 2 round trip tickets for my children from Bangkok, Thailand to Washington D.C. USA. The flight was scheduled for June 7th, 2020.

I booked a flight from Trivandrum - Hyderabad for the 27th of December 2020 (Trip Id:[protected] under the Flexifly plan (paying extra than actual charges) with an option of allowing me to reschedule my flight once.

Later, due to change of plans, I rescheduled the flight to the 2nd of January on the Cleartrip website and Cleartrip assured me that Digit Insurance would get in touch with me and refund the rescheduling charges...
