[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Ltd - Pure It Water Filter — Request for battery change

Have been requesting for changing the battery in the Pure - it water filter. The service engineer has been calling me for the last one week to say that he is coming in the evening to do the job.

But the person doesnot turn up in the evening, with the result we need to wait for him at home.

We now repent for having purchased this product of Hindustan Lever Limited, which has a very very bad service back-up team.
This attitude of the engineer is totally ...totally frustating.

I would like to inform that whosoever wants to buy this product of HLL, pls dont go by the company name. You will be buying peace if you dont venture to buy.

Please improve your serice backup immediately, right now its very poor, all above comments are the resultant of customer frustration due to poor service, if ompany really wish to survive in market they need to take positive action, other wise it will very difficult for company to sell their product in market,

One person approached me about 10-15 days back and explained me about the Pure-it "protecting Lives"programme in which HLL is fitting 140 purifiers in Raipur, free of cost (only for clinic purpose who are having MBBS and BDS degree holders). I have been asked to fill up a form with all my details and promised me that within 8 days the system will be installed in my clinic, but no responce till toady, either you you should install the system or you should not have contacted me for the above reason. But once promised you you keep your words, b'coz THOSE WHO ARE GENTLEMAN ALWAYS KEEP THEIR WORDS.

pureit water filter - HLL — battery indicator.

I have ordered for a filter battery indicator about 25 days back and they are still to supply. This type of service was never expected from an MNC like HUL. Balaji - Hyderabad - India.
After reading all the above complains i came to an idea of not buying this product. Hats off for their services because the service of Custmer Care is too worst. this thing i hered by friends also.
Sub.- Request to change the battery of pureit water filter.

I have reported the condition of the battery of Pureit over phone to the agent of this product, Mr. Chandra Kanta Mallick (from which I have purchased this product on 31/12/2007) for a several times since last two weeks. But he do not take any effective mesaure yet to change it. Every time he tell me to come soon.
So, I want to ask one question that can it change or not? Please response it as quick as possible.

I am totally agreeing with all ur comments.Please don't buy pure-it.The sale person gives lots of commitment.But they cann't prove the purity of water coming out of pure-it.After buying pure-it my family is suffering from cold and fever for past 2 month.When complain to pure-it help line they just say water is pure but they are denieing to prove it.When any product sold to market they should prove it in front of the customer rather than just telling by words.Please don't trust saleperson words.The sales who sold me the pure-it was Mr. Anand whose mobile number is: [protected].My sincere advice please don't buy pure-it and get suffered.

Pure it — Battery request

I have requested for battery during May 2008 and again on July 1st week. But till today I have not received the Battery My telephone no. is 26377851. If you are able to supply battery better u stop selling the pure it machine also. - suresh
i am cutomer of HL pureit water filter, i request last 7days for change the battery his reply ok our customer is contact you withen 2days but till date no change.

One of my collegue purchased it and he did not get the accessories for a long period all time he was assured that accessories will be supplied within 48 hours but this 48 hours did not come. At last he complained over phone to the corporate office of HLL at mumbai and he got the accessories. I thought previously to buy the above purifier but I changed my mind after reading all the above comments and practical problem faced by my collegue Mr. Sailesh Mishra a State Bank Employee. Thanks all to retrieve me from buying such a purifier which have no after sales service.
Half of the above comments (Abhijit Khadilkar, S.Muralidharan, Jasmine, Viswanathan Nachiappan ) look fake . (Eureka Forbes? Philphs??). Guys, this forum is sacred for consumers so please don't malign the usability of these forums.

I agreed with all customers i myself seek & tired of this product & company, no one respond calls customer care number is just for fun even the sales representative went missing after selling product. I regret buying this product is it Hindustan Lever or Pakistan Lever !!!
We made inuumarble time complaint for change of broken tap
every time we got the service engineer will attend the problem within 48 hrs. but till to day no service engineer come and attended since from last eight months ..HLL is oly big name the products are worst available in the market. WE ADVICE TO PUBLIC NOT TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCTS STRICTLY.
