I have made the booking for individual singapore tour for april 19 through cox and kings in the month of january 2019 for which the desired amount was paid too.
Now almost in april they called and conveyed that due to flight cancellation from the airline we will be booking new flights and we now need to give cost applicable for today’s date which is the difference of almost 35000 rupees which i am not willing...

Booked package tour to hongkong n macau from 25th mar 19 to 30th mar 19 n paid all due sought.
Today i get info that jet air tkt cancelled n am to reschedule paying extra with lesser stay there. Then i recd cox letter citing my hotel booking at kuala lumpur for 3n whr amnt scheduled to go. Den showing return flight from hk to singapore instead delhi. What the hell is going on. Is there any responsible executive reverting to me

However, due to unforeseeable circumstances, i was forced to cancel on the 27th of august and substituted another person on the same tour to take my place.

urgent - booking issue at last moment (worst experience)

I have made a booking to bali in november and had transfered extra 2000rs ad my total trip expense was 1, 55, 511 but i made a payment of 1, 57, 511. The contact person told us that he will contact the accounts team and make the refund asap. But even after 2months of the trip the payment have not been made.
