As cpp promised me for travel and stay assistance
It was not done by cpp
I asked for stay and return ticket, which was denied by cpp saying some server issue
They are of no help in case of travel away from homebr...

money deducted for cpp plan but no membership issued

Amount of 1649 inr deducted from my savings account on 24 sep for cpp plan but till date membership not issued. Contacted cpp india through email on 03oct shared the details on 04 oct, again reminded them on 5th, 8th and 17th by email. No response... Contacyed customer care executives over phone.. For a few days... They ask details like phone number and email id.. Then. No response. Please refund money back at least.. If it has been transferred...

I took out a sbi credit card last week and they shared my card details with the company, i feel. Some body from cpp made repeated calls on my mobile, while i was traveling, and at work and spelled out the details of my card posing as a verification call from sbi credit card and was telling many benefits of cpp. I told him that i am busy, i cannot hear you well, and that the benefits of sbi card would be printed on the booklet you have sent...

This is bhupender my cpp registration id is im0900394. My phone was broken and i raised the issue and i courier all therequired documents. When i checked online its shows me the claim declained. I contacted to the customer service the toldme that i didn't submitt cancel cheque but already i have courier the cancel cheque and all the documents now they come with new excuess that i have to raise the issue within 24 hours after the incident....

card protection plan without my permission

I applied for a RBL credit card last month and then received a call regarding the Card Protection Plan, which I refused to have. Even then they enrolled me so I called their customer care number and told them to cancel this plan the same day & they said that it ll be cancelled. Now after a month my

fraudulent company involved in credit card scam

Takes details of our credit card gives so many offers initially. Just deducts money at one shot and doesn't even reply back to customer's queries.

In call :

Emi of rs 350 for 6 months. But i have been deducted rs 2049 at one shot.
Secondly there was one month free trial but even that was not provided,

They did not mention anything about other schemes rs 2499 scheme etc....

This is my worst experience in cpp, i have taken cpp insurance plan and i claimed for my fraud transactions on my card, last 3 months daily i m calling customer care, evry time they are coming with new requirements of documents, and always saying our backend team calling u, but they never called me. I mailed and courier all documents.
They are not giving any response on mai, seems this is the fraud company making fool to...

When especially any of the cpp executive has still haven't got in touch with me. Have shame and bear self-respect to contact me or else refund back my money. I am an sbi credit card holder. On 19th july, 2018, i got a message with regards to an unauthorized deduction of rs 1649 from my credit card towards cpp assistance service, gurgaon, without my knowledge.
I am requesting you to do the needful so that the said amount is refunded to me, and request cancellation of all services of cpp immediately.
