I ordered one product from craftsvilla. Once i got the product it was totally different and after some time i got the text message from craftsvilla that your product has out of delivery. Then next morning i called craftvilla customer care they said return on that seller address. I called that seller he said i never send any product. Again i called customer care they said our pereson will come with in 3 days n will take your product...

The product didnt meet the standard of quality.the product quality is not satisfactory.also the fabric is far away from the satisfaction level.the product is not worth purchase price.im really not satisfied with the product and really want to return it.kindly send me the details of the address to return the products and other necessary details regarding return of money.kindly display the images of the product the way they are and please revert...

I have mailed you several times and no reply from your end... I have made payment of rs. 899 through hdfc debit card. And the amountvis already deducted from my account. But i am getting email everyday to make the payment. I can't understand what os going on?? I emailed my transaction details as a proof.. But so far no reply. Please revert asap...

which was failed and returned back to you, I did not receive the amount back into my account.
Can you please check and update on it

I have mailed several time to the craftsvilla customer care email but it's been a month and i did not receive my money back.
there is also a ticket for it with them Ticket Number –[protected] but no action on it....

I bought an Anarkali suit from craftsvilla on Oct 1, order no #[protected] .Product was delivered on Oct 5, 2016. Since the product delivered was not as per the description & the image provided in website, I raised a return order on Oct 6, 2016.

Even after raising the return request, no pick up had been done for the product.I have called the craftsvilla around 10 times & had even dropped the mail.

I have ordered a product from this web site mentioned above and tried to return it on the same day. I have mailed two times to the company's customer care email id but didn't get any response from them.

Also I am not able to found any option on company's web site so that i can make a request to return the product so i tried by sending email to them on their customer care service email id.

I have ordered a anarkali dress along with that dupatta and salwar was written below the image but I have received only Kurta, .i have also marked mail to support team but no proper reply they have kept my case on hold and the customer care no is not properly workin...seriously iterated by this kind of service... Return the arohi fashion designer fancy ethnic salwar suit...

I received d delivery of above saree satin fab designer seller curv fashion but i want to return it as the fabric is not of good quality. I contacted the curv fashion seller but he asked me to contact craftsvilla as he has not got the payment yet. There is also no option to return the product on the site. Kindly refund me and inform me how to return the product....

This is really a very very bad experience. Have ordered gown for my pre wed shoot firstly i got many mails that my order is cancelled and finally when i got the parcel it was salwar suit cloth with dupptta (That too in very bad quality with different color) i cant believe any site can respond like this & when i am trying to contact they are not responding. The product delivered to me was wrong... THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE CUSTOMER AND IT CAN'T BE EXCHANGED ALSO... I didn't like the service because I did not get the desired product...I really hope u give the customer what they actually want... I may even never come on this site because I'm not getting what I want... How can you'll change the color of the dress and give it?? And not be sorry about it... I even called the customer care...

The product quality is not good so please exchange the product as in image the product was different and give back my money...
