I bought dell laptop (Inspiron 15r 5537) with 3 years in-home warranty (Which comes with accidental damage service & premium phone support worth rs. 13000) which totals out to rs 60, 000, in the month of may 2014. After a month o[censored]sing the product i started facing issues regarding the graphics card (Dedicated graphics card incompatible with windows 8.1).

I've bought the dell inspiron 3542 laptop on sunday 3rd april, 2016 and since weekdays followed immediately i couldn't get time to work on my laptop so started it on thursday 7th april, 2016. I called several times to dell, visited the dell service center, three engineers from their side came to my place... but the issues couldn't get resolved...I am so tired and frustated with all of it...
