Delay in purchase of my laptop parts

I have a dell inspiron 5547 which has been damaged at the palm rest and bottom and i out of warranty i have paid all the amount required but damn i am not getting my laptop back it has been three damn months till date. Worst service center with minimal response and always procastinating things saying it will be done in this week.
The dell service center is located at begumpet, hyderabad.
I want my laptop issue resolved ASAP....

My warranty and your customer care service

I have bought my Dell 5547 on 26th July 2015. My warranty is shown already to be over.
I have tried contacting the Dell customer care service who directed me to the retailer(Croma Mulund) to deal with the problems and ask them to forward the purchase details. Which was done by me and according to them they forwarded the details of my purchase on 3rd of June 2016. and i was told the details will be updated within a span of 15-20 days...

Error while setup ubuntu

Reguarding the screen damage for my laptop

Hie, this is prashanth. Actually before two months my laptop screen has been damaged, i took it to the dell store(chemit) in mehdipatnam(hyderabad).
