I have bought a NANO RO water purifiers which is with in AMC. Within this AMC period I am requesting for a service (service request No.[protected] & dated 16.07.2020) as the water flow was very low and the water-tap was not operating properly.After repeated time request the service engineer call me after 10 days . within this time we have faced great problem as water is very essential things and in this covid 19 situation we are worried to...

I took amc in the month of may and requested to change filters post covid relaxation, the engineer told he will visit and no one turned up till today even after 5-10 calls.

Its been more than 2 months of reporting complain but nothing happening at all. I understand the covid situation and all are going on. But water is an essential things and i[censored] guys are doing that u have to aware of some common sense not picking calls and saying it will fixed today and that happening more than a months now.. Seriously guys i never thought of doing all this stuff but its hard as i am bare to need u guys to fix this....

I purchased ur machine and from that day every time there is a problem
People repair and again there is a problem! I want my money back or replace this with some or the other machine

I had taken an amc from apex service centre for my aquaguard enhance ro when they first came for installation of my new ro. The technician claimed to be representing aquaguard and was sent by the authorised service centre. I made the payment and have been regretting ever since. Recently i filed a complaint for water leakage on 12 july 2020. The lady at the phone said that the technician would attend to it in 24hrs. It has been 5 days now...

I have purchased aquaguard reviva 50 ro from h. B. Enterprises, azamgarh (U. P.).in first week i have faced leakage problems in this ro. Many aquaguard engineers visit during covid19 period for solve ro leakage problems. But they failed to solve the issue. All engineers don't follow the rules and regulations during covid19 period. My purifier was not working properly for which we have raised a complaint on 8th of june 2020 and after n number of follow ups one technician turned up with lot of difficulty, did something and it was working for one day and from next day it stopped working. Raised another complaint followed up n number of times again and with several follow-ups finally one technician turned up and did something, again it stopped working from next day onwards....

My customer number is [protected]. Currently my water purifier is under breakdown. I have raised amc on 18th june 2020 for 1 year paying amount rs.4600. Contract number: [protected]. Before raising amc, i have checked with the company's customer care, if people will come to my home for servicing and i was assured yes, post to that i have given amc.

With 1 month have gone, no one is coming to do servicing....

I have raised a service request but didnt get any response from them. I have bought amc for the product in january. But till now regular service also not came.

I have ordered eureka kord free vacuum cleaner 15-june-2020 and paid full amount to sales representative. Sales representative told me it will be delivered 2 days. Still it is not delivered. I have renewed my amc on 02.04.2019 for 2 years - contract receipt no. 0172659. This renewal is not updated in your system with new contract agency changed this year.
Hence, new agency is not coming for changing the filter and free service. One service person s. Rajkumar (Code 73894) visited once and promised to come in 2 days by 12.06.2020. Now not picking the call even....
